I ordered a dress from them, but did not like it once received, I had to pay to send it back 2nd class signed for as per instructions. No refund given over a month later. I have emailed twice as there is no telephone contact number, bet they are going unreplied. I am out of pocket for a dress that I dont have and extra delivery charges.
Really disappointed. so my advice beware that you wont get a refund.

After reading recent extremely negative feedback comments on the reviews I feel I have to write and say I have had a very positive experience with my recent order.
I did contact the company after a week to ask when I could expect my order as it had said between 3 and 5 working days.
The following day I received notification that one item was no longer available and I would receive a refund. This went back into my bank account the same day.
I then received notification that my remaining item had been dispatched and I could track that with the Royal Mail tracking number I was sent.
My item arrived today and I am really pleased with it.
Maybe I've been very lucky but I am very satisfied with the service I received.

No one responds to phone or emails and I have been waiting a week for a refund. Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company

This is a terrible company to deal with. 3 weeks ago I returned 2 dresses and still waiting for a refund. After several attempts to contact them (they do not answer the phone) I rang again last week, managed to speak to someone & was told I was “next on the list”. I’m still waiting for my refund. Phoned again today- no reply.

Awful customer service - beware!! Ordered a jumpsuit. Got a weird email saying that they had sent an incorrect order, so could I get back to them when the order arrived. Order did not arrive. Finally got through to someone on the phone (you can’t even leave a message) who said wait a few more days then we’ll refund. Have emailed twice since then plus tried phone but no response. If you really have to order this company’s stuff, do it through another retailer like John Lewis.

I just can’t understand what is happening at Jolie moi. Orders are taking much longer as are refunds.They do not respond to e-Mail and never answer the contact telephone number. My last order was the wrong dress so I sent it back with a cover note asking for the £4.20 it cost to return by Royal Mail.Stiii no response and no refund.I re-0rdered the ordiginal but the dress has not arrived! Beware of ordering from this company even though the dresses are lovely!

Do not buy from this company! They are uncontactable from the point of purchase. They sent me a damaged item (with blue dye all over white clothing) and then did not respond to emails, phone calls or social media messages. Fortunately I’ve been able to claim through my credit card but they are a fraudulent company and you are likely to lose your money if there is anything wrong with the product sent. The dispatch times are also inaccurate, I waited about a week over the estimate time before receiving the damaged product.

Extremely poor customer service, I sent at least 4 emails, 2 messages via the website 'contact us' form, rang the business phone number on 2 occasions, and did not receive a response to any of the emails, messages or phone calls.
Despite their clothing range being okay, I would not use this company again or recommend them to family or friends.

So concerned as have placed order (awaiting) BUT the telephone number that shows when you allocate the website ALWAYS responds "no one to take your call, goodbye! - no matter how many times you try. So unable to get in touch with them.
Also tried emailing the info address email but was returned and incorrect address!!! If they correct this, and IF I can contact them urgently as needed then will upgrade the stars!!

Yet again, another great dress from Jolie Moi, my go to place when looking for a comfortable stylish competitively price dress.

Very fast delivery, good communication regarding delivery and excellent quality products. I chose 4 dresses with a view to choosing 2, very impressed wIth the speed of the refund after returning the dresses.

I love Jolie Moi dresses! I only came across the brand a few months ago and now have at least x13 of them (purchasing either directly via the website or through other stockists). Customer Services is also helpful via email.

With winter coming I’d love it if they could bring out more long sleeved dresses? That would be great.

I received my on-line order quickly and efficiently. One dress had to be returned and the money was refunded immediately.

Quality of the clothes is great but the shipping costs to Ireland are too expensive.

Unfortunately I had to return the garment due to fit however I think it was the design of the dress not had this problem with my previous order.

I have recently purchased two dresses from Jolie Moi for the first time. I was impressed with them as they are extremely comfortable to wear and a nice style and colour. I purchased these directly from Jolie Moi and was pleased with the service and prompt despatch etc. I have since bought a third dress by them through Debenhams website.

Lovely quality clothes. I’m curvy and find that things look like a sack on me but the dresses and jumpsuit I brought from jolie moi fit really nicely, highlighting that I do actually have a waist.
Delivery was quick and the clothes are true to size
