Excellent app to help grow financially and to break down the small steps necessary to make a savings work

Adjusted my rating from 2 to 5 stars. Not because the company is perfect, but because they went above and beyond to rectify the issues in my first review (Left below for transparency)

In a day and age where companies rarely get back to you, it means a lot that Debbie stands by their commitment to users/ customers.

Issues have been rectified and looking forward to continuing to use the app.

There have been a few issues with points applying to my account. I've had to reach out to have them manually apply them because they continue to be removed without explanation.

Easy way making money

I am really impressed with both the Debbie app and the interactions I have had with their support team members. Id encourage anyone who has a bank account, heck even if you dont but you use money, check out the Debbie app. Im excited to see how this new app develops and grows from here. Take a look for yourself.

This is a great app. It encourages you to take control of your finances by saving money, paying off debt, and setting financial goals. It even has educational tools and pays you rewards for your activities. The customer service is very friendly, helpful with issues you may experience, and responded promptly. I recommend this app.

This overall was a great app. I was able to make 120$ or so in less than a month with the referral program. It helped out most when needed.

It's an easier to use and to navigate through there's tons of helpful information on it and you make money while you're learning to have information referrals sometimes go to the $20 a person and catch out through your bank that's linked to Debbie. It's a fun little app and you learn stuff and you make a little bit of cash on the way to it's really nice having all your bank accounts all right there in one little hub so you can see everything you're doing or what's going on and all your different accounts if you link them up

This gives me the chance to learn about saving and excited about saving up funds to buy a home

Debbie has been one of the most engaging and genuinely useful financial apps I've used. The educational content is well-designed, easy to understand, and encourages you to build better financial habits without feeling overwhelming. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making financial literacy both accessible and motivating.

What really sets Debbie apart, though, is the customer support. I recently had an issue with a benefit payout due to an address error, and Jessika stepped in immediately. She identified the problem, communicated clearly, resolved it quickly, and even credited my account with bonus points for the inconvenience. That level of professionalism and customer care is becoming increasingly rare.

It's one thing to build a great app, but it's another to back it up with a responsive and caring team. Debbie excels at both. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their financial knowledge, build better money habits, and use a product supported by people who truly care about their users.

It's legit and pays. It's great to get points that convert into cash for paying off credit cards and putting money into savings.

Bad part is that the max is only $1,500 for both paying off credit card and putting into savings. So you can never earn the minimum withdraw each month of $20 which is annoying.

First withdraw was $15 than after it goes up to $20. Which is 10k points. So you would have to do this 3 months to get 9k points. You do get weekly points for doing their quizzes but it's only 20 each for 3 quizzes. And that's if you get everything right. 3 plus months is a long time to earn $20 bucks lol.

Other than that. If you're patient and want a little money every few months it's worth it. I do it for that but wish it was better.

Great way to earn a little money by paying bills on time and putting money into savings and reading weekly modules and answering questions!
Customer service is top notch, whenever I have any type of issue, they are quick to get me the help I need!

Questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The website is easy to navigate.

I was really enjoying Debbie a lot until this past weekend. I applied for SoFi banking through Debbie. I have screenshot proof of this activity. This was a few months ago. I was awarded the points and everything has been working fine. Suddenly, the app says my account is disconnected and three dollars have been taken off of my rewards. My homepage now says my SoFi application needs action. I’ve disconnected and reconnected six times with no results. The AI bot is spinning in circles not answering my question and no real customer service rep will respond to me. I can’t cash out what I’ve earned because it’s telling me I’m not connected to a checking account, but my Accounts page says I’m connected. The money I earned is trapped in there and no one will help me fix this. I feel scammed. I was so consistent to earn those rewards and then right when I want to redeem them my account is suddenly “disconnected” despite Plaid claiming the connection was successful and no one will respond to me. I am requesting that the money I earned is released to me so I can quit using this scam app.

Much better than most of the apps that are very similar to this very easy to rack up points that can be redeemed for gift cards or straight into your bank account. What sectional part is their customer support experience I have not had a bad experience at all. They will get back to you extremely quick and they have a very small team. There are companies out there that have support teams 100 times bigger than them but they make you feel like you're appreciated and welcome honestly really top notch!
