Easy to order the Emerald Croc Tate Top Handle Bag which was delivered quickly. Loving it already, so many handy zip pockets as well as an internal one with matching tassel. It’s been much admired. Very poor quality goods, cheap material, not as described. Customer service appalling - refused refund despite the bag not being fit for purpose. Paid £8 for delivery costs and was expected to pay another £4 to have it re-delivered to me after it got sent back. Really disappointing.

I have bought 5 bags from Johnny loves Rosie and have always received beautiful bags wrapped very well and delivered quickly.
Unfortunately I did have a issue with one of the bags, but this was resolved very quickly with excellent customer service and support from Melissa.
Very happy with the way my problem was dealt with.. With efficiency and kindness.

I made a mistake on the personalisation. I knew that if it is delivered wrong I can’t use it as the gift it was intended for. I quickly messaged them on wattsapp and they fixed it for me. They replied very quickly, likely as soon as they were open. So I’m glad this was fixed so easily and with no pain.

ordered on 31st Aug still do not have item, very disappointed will not be ordering again, i have ordered from you 5 times in the past and no issue. The one time i need the order and it is 13th Sept and i still do not have it, i would have cancelled if i could, not happy at all

These products are amazing, so well made and value for money. I have just bought one for my friend for a special birthday, I know she will love it because her mum and dad were called Jonnie and Rosie. Fast delivery and great website.

Unfortunately I have given your company a one star simply because placed my order on 26th August and still have not received my bag.
It does not seem to be your companies fault as goods were dispatched to EVRi but EVRi seem to have lost my parcel. I have email your company but am still awaiting a response. Holidays was reason for no response but I am getting nowhere with yourselves or EVRi whom I have had bad service from before. Please could someone respond to my queries or get on to EVRi as I am getting very frustrated as this is a gift for my god daughters 21st which is tomorrow and I now have nothing to give her.
I wish to alter my review after receiving an email from Meg on Tuesday 10th September offering me a full refund or a replacement order with a complimentary gift. I have now received my new order today 11th September by Royal Mail and I am delighted with my order. Meg you were super efficient and I wish this had been the original service I had received. In my opinion it was EVRI who caused all the issues here and I am still waiting for EVRI to get back to me as to where they have lost my original order! It’s just a shame to your company has suffered due to EVRI’s incompetence.

I ordered a Charlie straw bag recently and was happy when it arrived in good time The bag is well made and looks just as it does on the website.My only disappointment was how it was packaged.The bag was folded in half and stuffed into a cardboard box.I have emailed the company twice about this with no reply.

Product is lovely, but has a faulty lining. I have contacted the company over 10 days ago and have not heard anything from them.

I ordered a bag for my friends special birthday, then realised that because I wanted it personalised, it might not arrive in time. I contacted JLR and they very kindly rushed the order through, and it arrived in plenty of time. Also, my friend loves the bag. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to order more in future.

Amazing! I ordered a bag for my best friends wedding, and the quality of the bag is absolutely incredible. The personalisation is immaculate and quality of the bag itself is worth a lot more than the very reasonable price I paid. Do make sure you order in plenty of time if you'd like personalisation, I ordered far too last minute and was beginning to panic it wouldn't arrive in time. I emailed customer service and Meg, an absolute angel, responded quickly and professionally and settled all my nerves. She made sure my bag was dispatched that day so it would get to me in time for the wedding.
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would purely based on the level of customer service I received let alone the beautiful new bag I have. It's safe to say I've become a customer for life.

Excellent customer services. I ordered a personalised bag for my friends birthday which was dispatched quickly. Unfortunately the courier didn't deliver the bag and eventually admitted they had lost it.
I emailed jlr and quickly had a reply from Meg who had also contacted the courier. Meg immediately offered a refund, however I chose to order another bag instead. This was delivered within 2 days and was beautiful. My friend was delighted with her present!
I would definitely recommend jlr and Meg is a credit to the business.

I placed an order and realised it might not be delivered ready for my daughters birthday so contacted customer services. They replied and upgraded my postage with no extra cost to myself and I received the bag in time. If I could give extra stars I would. My experience from start to finish has been exceptional and would highly recommend this company. I love the bag and so does my daughter. I will definitely be using this company again
