Thankyou Chris And Kimberley For Your Outstanding Service

Amazing service. Wendy & the team are incredible. Very responsive, they make sure that everything is clear & simple, without any surprises. The team was very quick to go through all the documents & complicated processes of managing a property purchase, and even chased the other solicitors repeatedly until everything was sorted out - which is above and beyond what you'd expect.

Incredible service, John M Lewis are now my go-to solicitors for anything related to property sales.

I was selling 2 properties. My contact was Jacqueline Byrd who was pleasant at all times and helped me navigate my way through the necessary legal process. I hadn't bought or sold a house for decades. Thank you all at J M Lewis who made it all so easy.

After firing the last 2 conveyancers for gross incompetence, I was thoroughly impressed with everything Chris and Kim did to make the process quick, easy, straight forward and was very impressed with their communication with me. They were up and running from the day I instructed them and paid a small deposit, which was impressive given my experiences with other well known conveyancers.

They never left it for me to chase them as they were always on the ball and available to discuss the purchase as well as keep me updated throughout the whole process. There is literally no recommendations I can make to them for improvements as they did everything to the highest of standards and even exceeded my expectations on timescales.

Over the last 15 years, I have bought and sold numerous properties but this one has been by far the best experience I have had with a conveyancer.

We used John M Lewis for the sale of our house and transfer of ownership this year. Lisa, Kunal and Larissa were all brilliant and answered any questions promptly. Cant fault them. Would recommend them without a doubt.

Christopher Maughan and Kimberley Treece handled my conveyancing. They completed the whole process at a very fast pace with utmost attention to detail. They kept me informed throughout with regular emails and phone calls. They were always there to respond to queries and reachable. I will be looking to have the same team for my next house.

Thank you to both of you for your support and professionalism.

Amazing Service from Liz. My house was never registered with a different solicitors firm when I bought my property. I was trying to contact the firm for 3 months with no luck. Liz intervened and the other solicitor firm finally responded and got my house registered. I would highly recommend this firm.

We switched to John M Lewis for our recent sale and purchase after some problems with another firm. They were extremely helpful, always quick and kept us well informed. Would highly recommend.

As a first time buyer in my own, the whole process was daunting. I had Wendy and her team and they were really excellent. I hit a few snags along the way and I can honestly say Wendy and her team did a more than a great job sorting everything out. I felt they cared and would definitely use them again and will be recommending them.

I used John M Lewis for a house sale in November 2021. The service and communication from Wendy, Mandy and Jacqueline was outstanding. Everything ran smoothly and Wendy in particular is very thorough and has an amazing attention to detail, and picks up and flags issues quickly. I would definitely use them again for future house purchases.

I have used Lisa Wills, Wendy Kinsey and other team members on many occasions both personally and professionally. They have gone out of their way providing helpful further details when required and always keep me informed through out. They will return calls, emails and even during Lock Down, I didn't experience any issues, someone was always there for me. Thank you for everything John M Lewis

Our experience was wonderful, everything was done effortlessly, not one hiccup during the whole transaction. Every member of staff were extremely polite, efficient and helpful so much so that we will be contacting J M Lewis and Co in the near future to sort out our wills etc.
