Fake company with fake products. Bought a crocodile bag on 9th April. I paid for expedited delivery. I received my order number, but that was the last communication from them. No updates. No responses to email or DMs on Insta. Save your money and go to trusted stores on etsy instead.

Ordered an item on April 1st, money taken out immediately. I contacted their customer email already 5 times & an automated email was send out every time that they were exploring what the problem was. Never received an answer nor the item . Would absolutely not recommend.

I've seen Johanna Pearl's clothing advertised on Instagram. I ordered their Alibi Cami one month ago in the hopes of getting my order for a trip in May.

The first red flag was that I didn't receive a tracking number after a week of ordering. I received an order number right away and was charged for the order.

I emailed customer service asking for any update on my order. They responded promptly, informing me that there was a delay in production, but my order should ship within 7 days.

I waited before emailing again, but all I got was an automated reply:

"Thank you for reaching out. We have received your message and are working on a resolution.

We have your order reference XXXXX on file and are looking into this now.

We will follow up with you shortly.

Johanna Pearl Customer Care"

I waited another few days and reached out again when I never received my order or shipment numbers or updates.

I've tried to email the support team again on multiple occasions but have only received the automated reply in response since.

I tried to use the tracking order feature on the Johanna Pearl website, but the order status is stuck at "ordered" and "these items have not yet shipped."

I am frustrated, but mostly disappointed with my experience. I was really looking forward to this garment, but I've accepted that I probably will never receive it and will not get a refund since the time has passed.

Don’t order with them. I repeat: don’t order there. Looks genuinely, but it’s not.

I think I got SCAMMED! I placed an order on March 20, 2026 and still have not received what I ordered or even a tracking number. They immediately took my money. I’ve reached out to them via email and Instagram with no response.

This is an awful experience. They took my money and I never received the two pair of shoes is ordered. I have sent several emails to no avail. This is a scam.

I placed an order on March 24th and to this day it still is processing with no actual updates. My card was charged immediately, but I have received zero updates on my order.

I have reached out multiple times via email and have received the same generated response that they will "get back to me shortly." This has taken 6 emails so far and no one ever responds back. There is no phone number to reach out, no real livechat to communicate with (which on their website it says there is), and at this point I don't even know if they have a real customer service in general.

What they do is take your money and then disappear behind general replies. Completely unacceptable!

The lack of communication and inability to respond shows that this is a scam, especially since they took my money right away and will not update me about my order no matter how many times I ask.

I have given this company multiple times to respond and they chose not to. If you want to lose money and then be told 20 million times that "someone will get back to you shortly," then this is the perfect online store for you!

I have yet to receive my order placed on 3/24/2026. I constantly get a reply to my email that they are working on a resolution.

Made my order at march 28/2026 . Still not received anything . When i am asking by email when my order will be send, i receive automatic message. No actually answer! Samthing tels me they fraud! And we just lost our money!

Ordered a pair of the Bonbon earrings last Friday, April 3th. Money taken right out of account and confirmation number received but still no earrings, no response from merchant and no record found despite having an order #. Seeking assistance with refund or merchandise. Would not buy from merchant again.

I ordered a couple of heels but one was chunkier than I expected but I still like it!!

I ordered several items and am satisfied with them. It took about two weeks to receive everything, and it arrived in two separate boxes.

UPDATE: This is not a spam review. However, since the below review Johanna Pearl has promised to refund my money and for my troubles, they said I can keep the shoes who they say is in transit even though the tracking information does not say that. If Johanna Pearl keeps its promise, I would say they render great customer service given the circumstances. Let see what happens. Previous Review: Paid for shoes on March 4. Today is March 30. I never received my shoes. They said it was shipped but no proof of shipment. They acknowledged my order and refunded me shipping fee $5.99 for the inconvenience but kept my $135 and I never got shoes. I reached out every day. Still nothing. I think the positive reveiws are made by them. Can someone tell me what I should do?
