Outstanding Customer Service
Last night i ordered by son new shin pads, in error I ordered an paid for 2 pairs. I emailed Jogastarz, I received an email back within 5 minutes saying they were sending this to the correct department. And withing 6 hours, I have received confirmation of a full refund to for the pair in ordered in error. Outstanding customer service.

Comfort, protection and excellent service
Joga sleeves shin pads feel great from the momentum you put them on. The sleeve fit holds the pads tight on your legs. No movement during sprints, turns or tackles. Comfort lasts through the full match. The sleeve material feels breathable and secure. If you need any help there email replies instantly and provide excellent service.

Great customer service
I ordered my son some performance grip socks and shin pads, which arrived in a good time. I had to request a return for the grip socks as I’d ordered the wrong ones (my mistake). However, I contacted JOGA and they were so helpful and sorted it out for me immediately. They kept in constant contact and offered me a full refund or exchange if I wanted.
I have now placed an order for more socks, which my son is over the moon with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for your help guys.

No quibble replacements sent
I ordered shin pads for my grandchildren for Christmas. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size of shin pads. The customer service was excellent and replacements were sent out very quickly!

Great quality and service every time
I’ve ordered from JOGA multiple times now and the quality has been great every time. The shin pads are really well made and hold up well on the pitch. Customer service has also always been really good and easy to deal with whenever I’ve ordered.
Definitely recommend if you’re after quality shin pads and reliable service. ⚽

Excellent service. We received a pair of shin pads for my nephews birthday he absolutely loves them. The only problem was they were a little bit too small. I sent an email asking for an exchange and we received 5 star responses from the team and an exchange swiftly happened!

I ordered the wrong size shin pads for my son by mistake. I emailed JOGA and they got back to me right away. Not only did they help me, but they sent the correct size immediately with no charge.

Once Again dont believe on the delivery time
From my previuos review (copy below), I contact the company after a generic answer from the previous review asking me for my order number (#27455) -, but not update on my order or timing or has been made - since the 13th of February.
I put the order 27455 on the 7th of February - I received an email on the 13th - that my order is ready to ship - it is 25th today and the order has not been dispatched and I clearly has not received it.
