Delivery took about 2 weeks, and when it arrived the pad over the shin was a lot smaller than advertised/pictured on the website.

We decide to switch from shin defender…
We decide to switch from shin defender because the expanding kept moving out of place after a few washes due to the thin padding. we find jogs to be a bit more sturdy and better also the customer service is really good in getting us the perfect size for my child.

Still waiting on my order, get a we’ve noticed that your order hasn’t moved email every couple of days……
How about you move it instead of wasting time sending these, there was a problem with my original order which was placed on the 28th of Feb and I’m still awaiting items.

Shin pads too small
I orederd shin pads for my son which were unfortunately too small. Joga were quick to revert to my email correspondence and equally quick to rectify the problem. Look forward to ordering from Joga again.

Poor Delivery and customer service
The delivery took longer than expected. The communication was really poor and the tracking didn’t work until it finally arrived. When I contacted customer services they were infuriating - potentially ai bots I would have thought. Shin pads seem ok so far. No doubt they will reply to this review and ask me to email them to resolve where I will get more crazy messages from the bots. Not good enough for the price point.
