Terrible products— the sweets are cheap…
Terrible products— the sweets are cheap and poor quality. My purchase was rock hard and nearly broke my teeth, and to top it off, the customer service was awful. I’d strongly recommend avoiding buying from them, and buying from others. The vendor claimed I demanded a refund, which isn’t true—I simply requested one. They also said that if the product had been opened or eaten, a refund couldn’t be provided, which again isn’t true. How else could I report the poor quality without trying them? and they ended up in the trash. I also suspect the product was either out of date or close to its sell-by date, based on its quality and the so-called special price. On top of that, the product description is very misleading. Overall, this vendor's customer service is very poor, as evident from their response and their fabrication of the truth. I have never encountered a vendor so rude and uncooperative, who seems completely uninterested in looking after their customers or doing the right thing.

You purchased a product and because you didn't like the taste you emailed demanding a refund or you would leave negative feedback and we explained that if the product has been opened and consumed we could not refund the item.
The item was exactly as sold and within the date we explained the details regarding the manufacturer and the item was enjoyed by many however it is due to preference as is every food item that not everyone will enjoy.
As mentioned above is well within the date and simply because you didnt enjoy the product is not a valid reason for a full refund and stating the customer service is terrible due to the fact we did not provide a refund when threatened with negative feedback in our view is not an accurate account.
To go over the situation in the item received was indeed the item you ordered, you did not enjoy the taste therefore demanded a refund or threatened with negative feedback which again is due to customer preference many love the item however it is indeed a food production therefore its ofcourse likely not everyone will enjoy every item as taste is different for everyone.
Referring to customer service as rude when all we are doing is replying to your review with all the details on what has happened and the reason for leaving the review is not an accurate representation of the customer service if you leave a review and miss out information ofcourse we have to respond and leave all accurate information.

Deceiving
Ordered 3 items 2kg mystery clearance bags £9.99 mystery past date box £3.99 both of these ok and worth the money .Then we come on to the mystery chocolate box £14.99 what a waste of money 10 items most of them out of split mulipacks which would have cost me about 60p each . Certainly looks nothing like what they say you might receive
Update my son has now tasted the 2kg mystery bag which would have been worth it if they all didn't taste the same of vomitanf the smell is horrendous.This is now in the bin .Will update on out of date date mystery box when it gets tried

You ordered a mystery chocolate gift box, the items inside certainly don't cost 60p each!
The mystery Clearance Bag is indeed that a mystery, every bag is different which is explained within the product description. This has a best before date of 2027 therefore all sweets are well in date. This item is the manufacturers clearance stock we do not created this bag and is priced at under 50p per 100g compared to the industry standard of £1.29-£1.99.
We have a huge range of pick & mix items on our website and always advise if it is maximum quality you are looking for to not order the clearance bag as this is clearance stock from the manufacturer and is a value for money item rather than high quality, with that being said the item is well in date.

Baring in mind we dont manufacture any items and all of the products we use are from main suppliers such as haribo, Kingsway, vidal, etc or if you're referring to mystery boxes / individual items this is also from major brands such as hershey, Cadbury, lays etc

Very disappointed with my order that I received today. I was so looking forward to tasting them . The mini tatties and the violet creams were inedible. Violet creams were very perfumed and the mini tatties were too strongly tasting of cinnamon. The rhubarb rock looked like rhubarb rock but tasted nothing like the rock I remembered from school days. Just very sweet and tasteless as was the ginger rock. So much sugar content but no flavours resembling rhubarb or the ginger. Sorry to say but everything went in the bin. I so wanted my choice of sweeties to be good.

Hi Connor, we dont manufacture the sweets unfortunately and I will try my best to address the tastes;
The violet creams would have a scented taste to them due to the violet flavour and uniqueness of the item.
The lucky tatties are indeed cinnamon flavour.
The rhubarb rock may be a different varient than ones you have previously tatsed as many different manufacturers make Rhubarb Rock however we have sold thousands and never had any issues.
The items mentioned above are all correct regarding taste.

Kinder box ordered looked filled to the brim with delightful kinder chocolate ( in photo) & with express delivery costing £3.99 i shall have my box of joy within 2 days….
Well finally after 9 days I received my item ( better late than never) & how disappointed was I , at a guess the total value of kinder chocolate is probably £6 the box was pitiful… the only explanation would be that the post office also fancied my chocolate & ate half of the contents …

Hi Mark, we did reply to your email, to say that some items had been missed out by accident, however even with that the cost of the items you received are more than £6 expresses by yourself. We have replied to your email to rectify this. The postage chosen is a price set by Royal Mail which we have no control over. We do however apologies for the delay in transit.
Recieved Refund
Haven't gotten around to trying the sweets yet, but first impression is a bit iffy. Opened the box to find 2 of my items weren't/couldn't be fulfilled, and therefore were "refunded" as written on the reciept that came in the box. Edit: I previously stated I would change my review if the promised refund went through, which it has. I will be leaving it at 4 stars though, as 2 missing products is a bit poor and from the sweets I've had so far, I haven't really found them that great. Not terrible but not great. Just basic sweets really.
