The ability to make changes directly to my resume, apply templates directly, download and send resume to email.
Some templates needs improvement and fix, for example in adding Language section and if I wanted to choose my level it forces me to add them as bars which are inconvenient and does not reflect the actual level nor is well reflected on the resume professionally , so I had to add it as a separate section .
In the contact information zip codes should not be regarded with the score therefore highlighting the resume in the score for that is not convenient specially for international users, I only need to add city.

JobHero has job seeking superpowers! I've always thought my resume was the best I could get it, but after I uploaded my resume I was given numerous top notch formats and custom tips on exactly what to put and how to word things. It really made my resume exceptional! Then within minutes I can create a custom cover letter for each specific job. This is a GAME CHANGER!
For $3 I have access to everything and then if I need to use it for longer term, $5 a month is amazing considering the earnings increase potential!

Great program but check your bank statement regularly…
From the trial cost to the full program price I was double charged every month. I didn't realize it until I cancelled my subscription at which time they continued to charge me two more months and the very last month before my bank stepped in to stop them, they tried charging my account 3 times in one month!! So if you use this amazing software be diligent in checking your bank statement for overcharges. I was upset because I loved their program and would of used it anytime I needed that service, but now I will not use it ever, can't afford the triple billing and no customer support
