You will be out of pocket if you have to return an item
I ordered a pair of jeans which turned out to be too big so I returned them for a refund, expecting the full purchase price to be refunded. However the refund I received was £4.00 less than the purchase price so (including the postage paid of £6.00) I am now £10.00 out of pocket purely for the privilege of trying on jeans which didn't fit. I contacted customer services to ask why the full purchase price hadn't been refunded but I received no reply, despite several chasers. I finally received a reply two weeks later when I said I would make a formal complaint but this just said "your amount has been correctly refunded after deducting shipping and return shipping costs ". Be wary of this company.
