They are so customer-centric
They are so customer-centric. My case is relatively complicated, involving quite a few people of my family. The combination created more 'options' but confusions as well. JLP helped a lot to provide the best suggestion and approaches. We failed a bit in the beginning due to some limitations or mis-understanding on banks' requirements. JLP did not give up but relentlessly try to find the best alternatives. Eventually we managed to secure a very reasonable mortage offer we need!

Buying my first home
Buying my first home and from not knowing how it all works to then been passed over to a guy called Scott at JLP he really helped me understand how a mortgage works and the rates etc and he went out of his way to make sure I got this mortgage and honestly couldn’t be any happier as the level of service was amazing I would highly recommend JLP and Scott.

Exceptional Service - would recommend
Darren was exceptional - he responded promptly and it was evident from the get go that the level of service I would receive would be impeccable. Scott has been absolutely wonderful to work with, and has made the process as seamless as possible. I’m a first time buyer, and Scott clearly explained every step to guide me through the process. Excellent Service
Darren has been incredibly helpful in supporting us with our Mortgage Application. The whole process was clear from discussing affordability through to application and he was very understanding of our needs.
