Friendly staff who went above and…
Friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure that the fire extinguishers within our nursery school and the surrounding building are all fit for purpose. Easy to deal with, efficient and personal too.

The engineers that changed the bearing…
The engineers that changed the bearing on the washing machine and acted in a professional and efficient manner causing minimum downtime to the machine, the lady I spoke to for another issue with a different machine was also professional in the way she dealt with the issue and arranged a engineers visit for 16th March which is a good response time

Great Customer Service
I deal with JLA monthly and the customer service team are always super helpful and friendly. The products are good and work well. Any problems are always sorted out quickly, engineers out within 24 hours and orders resolved etc. Very happy with service from JLA thank you

Great feedback for a great engineer
We had a routine service yesterday for our washing machine and tumble driers and the engineer, Paul Rainford, was super helpful with some concerns I had about the detergent auto dosing. He helped fix these problems with minor adjustments, which wasn't actually part of the routine service, but has given us peace of mind that the washing is being hygienically cleaned. He did this all with a smile and had a really great attitude towards me asking for help, which isn't always the case with external companies coming in to repair items in the hospital. Absolute credit to JLA!
