JK floorheating provides the JK® system, a unique, revolutionary, in-ground UFH system without any build-up in height. The specially designed and patented ‘JK floorgrinder' dustlessly creates grooves in the existing screed into which the heating pipes are laid. This makes the JK® system a very unique and desirable zero build-up, warm-water underfloor heating system, which can be installed into renovations, refurbishments, change of use projects or new-build projects. JK operates from seven locations in the UK covering the entire country from your local branch. Check our website for full branch details in your area.

- 'Heat your home from the floor up!'
- The JK® system is a water-based retro-fit underfloor heating system (UFH). Our installation method uses patented JK floorgrinders to create 15*15mm channels into existing screed or concrete floors whilst maintaining dustless extraction. Heating pipe is then laid into these channels which sit directly below the floor finish.

Excellent.
I've used jk underfloor heating for over 5 years now, firstly in my own property. Being a bathroom and kitchen fitter I have since used them many times on clients projects. Always reliable, great communication and a brilliant retro fit system. The only negative I can think of, is the lead time for an installation. You have to book well in advance. Having said that, if you do, appointments are always maintained. They are obviously victims of their own success.

Hi Jason,
Thank you for trusting in our service for over 5 years.
Your review and comments are greatly appreciated and the fact that you explain you have our system in your own house and now offer it to your clients, really speaks volumes to our viewing audience here on Trustpilot.
Our lead times are something that we are working hard on to improve across your region, but from most branches our typical lead time is approx. 4-5 weeks at this moment.
Working with people and companies like yourself is always a pleasure and you have helped us to build on our success, so thank you.
Warm regards

Hi Gary,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us with some of your comments and a good review.
Its appreciated.
We note that you are a Trade Business so hopefully this is not the first or last time that we can assist you on potential projects where our services may be required.
If there was something falling slightly short in satisfactory levels that means we can possibly achieve 5 star rating on these future projects then please feel free to provide this feedback to your JK contact in your area and we will take this on board.

Hi Khalid,
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a positive review and comments.
Its great to see that not only do we have many positive reviews from an installation perspective, but also that our customer aftercare can receive the credit that it deserves.
We really would like to thank you for providing this review and for rating the service of James so highly.
He is a fantastic addition to our team here are JK and so long as people can allow him some time and patience to conduct a correct diagnoses for fault finding, we can then diagnose the issue and then productively work with all parties involved to be able to rectify any teething issues.
We wish you all the best with the system from this point and thank you again for your patience in allowing us to deal with the matter.
Warm regards
