Nothing is too much trouble!

I went on the search for a trusted cleaner for my elderly parents. Jess came to see us and brought with her the documentation I requested from a safeguarding point of view . She hit it off with my parents immediately. Very friendly with a willingness to help them with almost anything. Mum & Dad now have Jess twice weekly to keep their home in tip top condition. She is always punctual but never too busy to stop for a reassuring chat and laugh. Jess has got to know all members of the family over time and gets in touch with us if there is a need, which puts our minds at rest.
She helps them immensely for which we are grateful.
