The watch is absolutely gorgeous. Jason stayed in touch with me when my package was lost all the way until it was recovered. The craftsmanship put in these timepieces is phenomenal!

I got Balloch Chrome and it looks great. Very happy with it.
It also arrived pretty fast, which I am happy about. However, I am giving one star down because I felt like the customer service and support need some improvements...
I emailed them after I ordered because there was no indication of how long it would take for order to be processed and shipped. Never got a response.
The tracking also did not show up. Only way to do tracking was to download the Shop app or whatever it's called, but I'm not going to download an app just to check tracking. Only reason I found out the watch might have arrived was because I got an email saying to review here.
But the watch itself is fantastic and I am very excited to wear it and show people. Cheers!

Had made an order but had ordered the wrong watch (my error). Communication was brilliant and the correct watch was then sent out. Very quick delivery. Such a stunning watch.

Well I got two watches a year ago one for me and one for my wife we both love them. The watches are smart on your wrist so I got another one for my birthday

Service was great but I was too hasty and didn’t take advantage of the new customer 15%. Hopefully can still use it when I order another watch. Which I definitely will be doing.

Had the watch a week now and only worn it twice. It looks nice but is easily scratched. Scratched on the face and around the dial.
