DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON JIL SANDER - THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS
I bought a special present for my wife from Jil Sander as they pride themselves on high quality products and service.
The product purchased has always been well cared for and stored carefully. Unfortunately the product was defective after minimal use.
Before approaching Jil Sander, I contacted the retailer where the product had been purchased. They advised that as it was slightly more than one year old, I would need to liaise with Jil Sander.
The customer service from Jil Sander is disgusting. They have taken absolutely no responsibility and have refused to give me details of a director so that I can discuss the matter with them. They have ignored this request.
They are clearly not interested in any standard of customer service, other than that of a poor quality. This is apparent from the lack of comments or concern to the Trustpilot reviews.
They have thanked me for my understanding when I do not understand why the refuse to help me.
There are plenty of other high end product manufacturers who you should strongly consider before going anywhere near Jil Sander.
