Appreciate that there is a portal like this that offers medicine with no judgement. It is fairly easy to use, but don't love the monthly fee on top of what you pay for medication. Especially as my health benefit provider has informed me that JHealth charges a great deal more for the medication than it trades for if I were to get it through the public health system.

Terrible customer service. Started May 2023 and for 8-9 months, the customer service was terrible. Don't sign up for automatic renewal like I did, as they had withdrawn double a med cost in a month because no one checked that I'd already been charged. Various times I'd ask a question and no response for 4-5 days, until I kept chasing them. Terrible service for a monthly cost of $40 that you have to pay. Seems to have gotten a bit better in the last few months but was so frustrating. Very expensive.

I am so glad I’ve found Jill health! It truly helped me kick start my wellness journey, and the staff have been most helpful! The online pharmacy has helped me with my extra busy lifestyle, and the at home delivery has been a blessing

So thankful I found Jill Health for my weight loss treatment. They did comprehensive assessment and were able to prescribe the medication that was right for me. They filled the prescription and shipped it to me at no extra charge, and I would receive it within 1-2 days. It was always packaged with an ice pack and my medication would arrive still cold as required. They were there for me when I couldn’t find a family doctor after my doctor retired. I stayed with Jill Health until I finally found a new doctor in my city, after 12 months of searching. Jill health is a wonderful option at a time when our healthcare system is so stressed and unable to meet the needs of all patients requiring care. My thanks goes to the team at Jill Health!

Really surprised to see so many 1 star reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but excellent patient care with Jill Health. I first came to Jill Health when I saw they prescribe Varenicline (Champix). Thanks to that medication I was able to completely quit smoking cigarettes forever. I smoked for 22 years and I thought there was no hope for me. Now I am completely repulsed by the smell of thought of one. Woo hoo!! Decided to use the money I was saving from quitting smoking on a prescription for hair loss. Which has been helping as well. Jill Health has been just awesome and helped me with the two biggest problems I’ve had in my life. Great doctors. So glad I found this company.

It is so much more convenient to get Latisse online than having to go to a Drs office. I've use it for many years and it definitely works for me. No side effects service is great !

I am so thankful this platform exists. There is no judgement, just help. Someone always on the other end to talk to whether it be a nurse, pharmacist or dietitian. Handy online chats to phone calls - someone is always there to help. Helpful zoom calls as well. Thank you for helping change my life for the better.

Despite a few growing pains (I think they have a small-ish team) this service has been excellent. They work with you closely, have a good and attentive medical and pharmacy team. They offer really holistic services for weight loss (focusing on diet, exercise, mental health and stress management) for long term success. They offer reproductive and skin care that is easy and judgement free. They work closely with your insurance and help you through the tricky parts navigating your coverage. Overall has been a very positive experience. You pay a monthly fee to access the weight loss program and it's absolutely worth it, since you can contact them any time, and have access to group and individual seminars and counseling that I can't get through my PCP.
The skin care products are really easy to navigate and well informed to find the best thing for your needs.
I am really happy with my experience.
I think that they had some issues with a period of really quick growth and had trouble responding to people, but they're doing a great job now and I've been really happy. Definitely worth a try if you need help with obesity, skin care issues or contraception.

I was pleased to order latisse safely. I received my order after an online consult with a pharmacist.

I started with Jill health about a month ago! I have had a great experience so far! Questions were answered and my order came in quickly once I was approved . Support staff are very supportive!

They keep pushing mounjaro but they don't have it.

Ordered something a month ago. I was told there would be a few days delay. Received emails twice now that it is being dispatched and tracking should follow but every time I contact them they say it hasn’t been dispatched yet. They don’t offer to refund money and cancel order or no solution. They just expect you to wait. Their customer service is awful no - you get no responses to emails for at least 7 days or longer unless you chase them up. Terrible start up. They do too much advertising but nothing else.

I’m having a really horrible experience with Jill health. It is very difficult to get questions answered. They ran out of my medication (which is not the problem they’re shortages everywhere and I don’t mind that). I requested a physical copy of the prescription to take to a pharmacy that has the medication in stock, the prescriber initially said it was fine, and then the Jill health refused to provide me with a written script. There should be no reason why they cannot provide a written copy of a prescription. They want me to have my pharmacy call them which I have requested however the latest prescription that they have listed on my account is incorrect (again due to supply issues they were not able to keep stock of a higher dose, so they put me back down to a lower dose, but my pharmacy has the correct dose that I was on previously). I want it to be the correct dose because they actually have in stock ant my pharmacy. it’s impossible to talk to anybody as they only ever respond to my emails with the exact same generic response. I’m pretty positive they don’t read them.

I also had tried their service to get a prescription for tretinoin and they charged me 100 dollars 15 days ago and never delivered anything.

It’s very difficult to get help from this company because when you email them, they reply with generic responses that are not helpful. Their response is also very slow and I’ve had no luck ever actually contacting them on the phone because they’ll never answer. You pay $40 a month for nothing for their weight loss program, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to talk to you.

The communication is poor acceptance criteria unsearchable on their website. Online seminars are booked up months in advance. Overall worse than seeking out care in person. They are happy to take your money though.

Their customer service is atrocious…beyond terrible! After 5 months of frustration I’ve cancelled. It took them 7 weeks to approve my lab results. Of course, they had no issue taking out a second membership fee while I sat in their massive backlog. I was on medication with them two months then they went radio silent when it came time for my renewal. I get there are shortages but zero communication! They ignored my messages for the two weeks after my renewal was due then responded without any explanation saying it was shipping out (it didn’t) and went radio silent again for another 10 days. They only responded when I emailed in to cancel my membership. Of course, they had no issue taking out a membership fee during the time they were ignoring my messages regarding my 3+ week delayed medication. The best part was getting automatic surveys on my customer service experience (ie. please rate the service you received) when I wasn’t getting responses to my emails. The only way that would happen is if customer service was marking my issue as resolved to get it out of their queue without responding. Do you want people this shady to have access to your personal information? I ended up finding another teledoctor that prescribed me a 3 month supply over email and sent the script to my local pharmacy, all within 24 hours of signing up with the service. Pharmacy filled the script for $40/month less than Jill Health charged (and no ongoing membership fees required). Do yourself a favour and use anyone but Jill Health!

I’ve found everyone to be super helpful during my time with Jill health. Fast service, quick shipping. Communication with team has improved since the beginning. With their help I have so far lost 15lbs.
