The whole process was great except for the 45 minute wait for our shuttle upon our arrival to the airport.

Terrific option for longterm parking for flying out of JFK! Only reason we are giving 4 stars is because we filled out and prepaid online beforehand, and....upon arriving to park our car, had to give all information over again! Just didn't make sense.

We had a very good experience with Jiffy. Wait times were reasonable and all went smoothly.

The check in and out were smooth. Friendly staff.
The biggest downside is that they only have one shuttle, so the waiting times for drop off and pick up can vary, but it's still a good value for the price.

I had to wait close to an hour for a shuttle at 8 pm. Called 5 times. Same excuse: too busy and only 2 shuttles out of three working. As customers log their pickup date and time it should be simple to schedule sufficient shuttles to cope with busy times. How can a 24/7/365 business like this operate with only three shuttles? Doubt if I'll use them again as I am always on a tight schedule and wasting time is not an option for me.

Service was fast and convenient prices were reasonable. Clean shuttle van brings you to and from terminal.

Dropping off the car and getting to the airport was easy but getting picked up from the airport was a nightmare. The app said my car was not at the location. When I tried to called someone answered and put me on hold immediately. After 15 minutes on hold I hung up and tried again and it went to a recording. I called back again and someone answered and before I can say a word they put me on hold again and never came back. On the next call I finally spoke to someone who said car was on the way. We then waited 45 min for the shuttle to pick us up. Smart park had 3 shuttles show up before jiffy even had 1.

First time doing offsite parking at JFK - drove in from NJ. Excellent service and great value for 6 days of parking.

What a great experience going and returning. My one complaint was when I booked my original reservation, I was unable to put a return time. My return time was listed as 12:00am. When we did return at 5:30 am to pick up our car we were charged an additional $17.00, which is a lot after a week! When I went in to speak to the receptionist, she told me there was nothing she could do. If that did not occur, I would have given them a 5 rating.

Let’s see. Arrived at 530am for a flight that was to take off @ 850am. There was 4 employees working and a TON of people waiting. Waited at least 1/2 before the van took off & it was leaking water from the a/c unit and me and my wife got soaked. The driver did apologize. He also drove recklessly to the Delta terminal (obviously because of the long wait). On my return, it was pouring raining. my truck was pulled around & left in the middle of the parking lot while there was PLENTY of parking spaces under the awning and I had to THINK and park my own truck under the awning to load my bags and passengers. Totally unhappy and I would like a refund for the poor service. I’ll be more than happy to accept any calls from management to explain my dissatisfaction.

I have used Jiffy park each time I fly from JFK. Pick up from JFK is efficient and the service is very good.

With the exception of the length of being on hold for a long time when I called for a ride to the "garage", the service was excellent.

Picking up the car took 45 minutes for the bus to come get us. In the person at the shop could not give us any more information of where he was and how long it would be
