Incredible customer service. Had a little fault on a bangle I gifted my mum. My mum took it to the store to get it fixed and Sumi was incredibly helpful and fixed it for her immediately! The jewellery is one thing, but their service towards customers deserves merit in its own right. :)

I recently purchased a necklace set and bangles from jewelsbykaurs and I couldn’t be more happier. I went in just a couple of days before the event, both ladies in the store were lovely; they took their time to help me pick the perfect pieces that complimented my outfit. The jewellery itself is stunning, the detailing on both the necklace set and bangles is beautiful, elegant, unique and high quality. The packaging was also lovely very premium. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time and realy value for the price I paid.
I appreciated their professionalism and customer service when my parcel did not arrive as expected due to a delay from the parcel services and I was offered a replacement to be delivered the next day but luckily it arrived the following day but the gesture to go out their way to accommodate my needs was very kind of them.
