Please if you're reading this review avoid this website like the plague. They prey on people who have gambling addictions. They will not cashout your cashouts in timely manners. The website says 0-24 hours, but they will make it take longer in an attempt for you to cancel the withdrawal and spend it back on their site.
They also will NOT impose deposit limits no matter how many times you contact them, chat says they can't do it, support does not respond through the email and they are useless. AVOID THIS SITE.

Got a no deposit bonus of 30 free spins, max win was $300. Wager was 50x, worked for hours to wager this and got up to $2000, then my balance just disappeared. I sent a message to customer service and they said the max win was $75. I sent through proof of the email addressed to me that stated the max win was $300, they said they’d look into it and to reach out later that day. I reached out later that day and was told

$4000 withdrawal issue
I am extremely disappointed with Jet4Bet Casino’s handling of my withdrawal.
I requested a $4,000 withdrawal, however the wrong BSB number was entered (the account number was correct). I immediately contacted my bank (ANZ), who confirmed that the payment would be automatically rejected and returned.
Since then:
• I have contacted Jet4Bet live chat multiple times
• Support has been minimal and unhelpful
• I have emailed Jet4Bet explaining the issue and received no response at all
• There has been no confirmation of the rejected payment or when my money will be returned
My bank has confirmed the funds cannot settle and have been rejected, yet Jet4Bet has provided no transaction status, no proof, and no clear timeline. Waiting days with no communication over $4,000 is extremely stressful and unacceptable.
All I am asking for is:
• Confirmation that the payment was rejected
• Proof of transaction status
• A clear timeframe for my funds to be returned
The lack of transparency and customer support has been very disappointing. I would not recommend Jet4Bet based on this experience

I had initially put 1 star as the verification was prolonged and they were asking for ridiculous documents. Eg, a months worth of bank statements, a selfie of me holding my id but showing my elbow? Then said the photo was too far away as they couldnt clearly read the id.. just abit of a mess around.
But after we got through all that the withdrawals went down well. Bank transfers arrived in my account in less than 48hrs.
I had a large win that i had to withdrawal over the course of a few weeks but we got there and i have received all of it.
I do recommend this casino, although be prepared for abit of a messy verification system.
