Still don't have my order yet - shows to be ordered and not shipped yet. This is a Christmas present hopefully

I ordered with since September 2025 and received my orders and all was great till I asked to have my shirt ordered again to fit properly which I was told to keep the one already recieved, pay the shipping of $30 for the new replacement which I did and notified the seller for jerseys since the month of September 2025 but still till now although I’ve sent additional request of the whereabouts of the new replacement which I still have not received since then. Original purchase was bought in ends of April 2025 and received it mid September 2025 (almost 5 months later) and the new replacement ordered end of September 2025 and still waiting for it and no response to my previous emails of the new ordered status now 3 months later still waiting I’m giving them a 5 review because of the courtesy to replace but still waiting on replacement to arrive in hopes gets here soon

We have ordered twice from this company. Last time ordered Shipping takes a bit of time. I ordered on 11/6/25 and received on 11/24/25 and I paid for faster shipping. All Jerseys purchased have been great and appear authentic. Would order rom them again. Just make sure to give ample time for delivery.

Orde was canceled they still shipped. Recommend not using this store.

I’ve ordered 3 times from this company. Easy to order easy to customize. I’ve had to reach out to their customer service on one occasion, and I got a prompt response. Issue was resolved promptly. I’ve ordered again. Great quality as long as you order with plenty of time. There is absolutely no issues. Will be ordering from them multiple times.

After a single wash the lettering and numbers began peeling off. My son never got to wear his Messi jersey.

Very easy to deal with and had exactly what I was looking for while many others did not.

Both jerseys were great and as described. Company updated on shipping a few times and I received my order within 3-4 weeks. I ordered items early to allow for a longer shipping window. Would order from this company again and as I did the first time, I would allow for a 3-4 week shipping time.

Took too long to receive order. Also, I bordered a 4xl men's jersey. It fits like a 1x. Going straight to Goodwill. Ridiculous waste of money.

Shipping sucks my last order took 3 weeks for me too get my shirt delivered

Ordered soccer jersey, got the confirmation email, then item shipped email with tracking. Tracking number didnt seem to work on their website,Email company, no response. Tried number on Aus Post site, worked and followed tracking. Jersey arrive, looks the real deal with tags, great condition. Happy

It has been three weeks.I have not received any communication regarding my order when I try and track the order, it tells me my order cannot be found. All four email addresses that have been located under contact us, Do not work!!!! The emails get bounced back, so there is no support. The one phone number I found does not work!!! I cannot communicate with anybody regarding this order, and I am pretty sure it is a scam. I have tried numerous times requesting a refund of my $298. I currently have my bank looking into the matter and trying to decipher whether this is a scam or not. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! My order # is 26697 PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!

Have not received my order yet and the emails get bounced back when trying to contact the company. Did not know how to remove the problem. And yet being asked to submit a review. Karen

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no shipping info.

My order was wrong and I requested for them to fix it and they blocked my email and never got an answer about my order and or was never fixed

Have emailed twice with return of undeliverable. Even sent message through web site with no return. Web site said I had 12 hours to change my order and I cant if no one returns messages. Even tried the US phone number with no response.
