Ordered a long sleeve kit and received a short sleeve. I've emailed for help resolving this error to no avail.

Jersey received is not the Jersey that was ordered. It looks similar but not the same. Shipping took 3 weeks. I don't feel like a return is worth it. Their package tracking is useless.

I ordered a jersey on 12/21 for a Christmas present and paid for express shipping. Here we are 1/12, missed Christmas, missed my kids birthday 1/6, multiple emails asking for my refund, they keep telling me it’s on the way! Do not shop here!!!

Package arrived January 5th when it was ordered 9 days before Christmas and paid extra for express shipping.

Complete scam. Just as all the other reviews state. Ordered 2 jerseys and received nothing. No customer service help either.

I ordered a Jersey with matching

My daughter ordered me a jersey from this company December 16 with a promised delivery date guaranteed before Christmas. I did not receive the jersey until January. The tracking information provided was to accompany that had no affiliation with this particular company; when the jersey finally arrived It was supposed to be a woman xl jersey an extra large jersey. The jersey was a child size xl. It cannot fit over my shoulders. It was an extra large jersey for a child and was not authentic. I am presently waiting for a return label to ship the jersey back and get a refund. I doubt if I ever receive the. After checking their reviews, I would have never ordered from this company.

Most terrible place I ever ordered online from absolutely no customer service to , paid express delivery and got my product 4 weeks later would not recommend at all

If I could give this place a negative zero, I absolutely would. I only ordered from here because the jersey I needed was sold out on the official NFL shop. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my dad, so I needed it fast. This site claimed it was “in stock,” and against my better judgment (and because holiday desperation is real), I went for it and even paid for express shipping.

I got a tracking number quickly… which was adorable, because the package itself never actually shipped. Clicking the link showed “label created,” and clicking again revealed the truth: the distribution center never even received the package. This was 3–4 days before Christmas. Fantastic.

I requested a refund—because, you know, paying for express shipping and receiving nothing tends to do that. But surprise! There’s no customer service number. You have to fill out a form and pray someone eventually responds. When they finally emailed me, they said my item would be “shipping soon.” I told them I no longer wanted it and to refund me. Naturally, they shipped it anyway.

And when it finally arrived—five days after Christmas, on December 30—it was a fake. Not even a good fake. The stitching looked like it was done during an earthquake, and the fit wasn’t even close to the real one I later bought from the actual NFL shop once it came back in stock.

So to recap: I ordered on December 15, paid for express shipping, got nothing on time, received a knockoff, and never got a refund. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a business.

Still have not received the order that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago.

This was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this company and will never use this company again. I ordered an item 2 weeks before Christmas and was told it would arrive by Christmas. A few days before Christmas, I started checking the tracking number and it showed the item had not moved since the day I ordered it. I contacted this company almost daily trying to get an update. It is now January 5th and I still have not received this item. I requested a refund several times with no assistance. I have now disputed this purchase with my credit card company.

Still have not received my order after almost 1 month. I emailed their support the week afree Christmas and they assured me that my order would arrive before Christmas which had already passed. I tried to cancel my order and was told it is now coming from overseas and was not given any indication of when it would arrive.

First, the jersey arrived 10'days after Christmas despite ordering in early December and packing more money for an expedited shipping. During this time I received several emails informing me the jersey was on its way. It wasn't.

Second, it arrived in a package with no wrapping or bag to protect it. Looks like someone grabbed it off the shelf and threw it in a mail package envelope. When I have purchased other jerseys they have label on it informing you that you have purchased an official jersey and it comes in a seal plastic bag.

I feel I have been taken advantage of by this company. Don't recommend them.

I placed my order on 12/7 it stated guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Never received the jersey. I emailed them and they responded stating it was delayed. Well tracking showed it was moving thru system but now it says The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. I emailed them back and same robotic email was sent back saying we are sorry your package is being processed but it is delayed. I haven't gotten no jersey or no refund back.

Did not receive anything from them it’s a scam. Ordered on 12/13/25 never received tracking. Got an email on 01/02/26 at 8:42 p.m asking me to rate an item I never received. DO NOT BUY!

Never buy from here! I still have not received the Jersey I ordered. I paid for express shipping and ordered it 15 days before Christmas to get it here in time. Customer service has gone silent and won't answer any of my messages.

I would put a negative review if I could! I ordered jerseys in mid December for Christmas that were supposed to be here in time. They still have not arrived!

Would not buy again. I’ve ordered almost a month ago, & have not been provided a tracking number. I emailed them and all they say it’s in route and should receive it soon.
