Good product and service
Good product and service, shame about the size of the paint tins and the courier company but these are minor issues to resolve by this great company.
I would do business with them again, definitely recommend them.

Ordered spray paint ,but unfortunately…
Ordered spray paint ,but unfortunately wrong colour arrived made a telephone call to them and it was corrected. I received the correct paint next day and told to keep the Wrong paint for something else. Would have given 5 star if that hadn’t happened.

Rust converter spray
Ordered 3 cans of rust converter and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Kept informed of delivery progress and was delivered on time with no issues.
The product did 'exactly what it says on the tin' and much more. I used it to protect the underside of my campervan after prepping and removing rust. I would 100% recommend Jenolite products and will use them again for my next project.

Bloody marvellous. My wall was stained with rust from boiler pipe. Sprayed it on and went inside to get a coffee. When I came out - rust 99% gone.

We had rust stains on our patio caused by metal planters. I had to use Jenolite three times but it has now
cleared them completely. I am well impressed.

Delighted
The service from Jenolite is perfect. Goods delivered well packaged, on time.
I have not given five stars because I have not yet used the 'White' paint bought recently, I have, however, used 'Espresso' (brown) previously and found it to be exactly as described. Easy to apply, covered well and has protected perfectly through its first winter. That is the reason I have been happy to order the 'White'. Looking forward to seeing if it performs as well as the brown. If I have need of this type of paint again, I will not hesitate to buy Jenolite.

TRIGGER SPRAY DOES NOT WORK
Purchased Rust Converter with Trigger spray to get into tight space, TWO squirts then the trigger packs up. Tried cleaning the trigger out still nothing. Jenolite suggest using a brush. Is that what other people do ? Buy a spray to use a brush?
Not that I can get my hand in the space.
TOTAL waste of time and money.

Uopfordret anmeldelse
Besvarelse fra Jenolite
Hi,
We are sorry that the trigger didn't work and we did offer to send you a replacement trigger as soon as you contacted us.
We mentioned that it can be painted on, as a stop gap measure as we were aware you wanted to use the item immediately and this would allow you to do that.
We also enquired how we can resolve this issue for you, but you have not replied. If you contact us directly we can arrange to sort this problem for you.
Regards,
Jenolite
