Ellen answered the phone when I called Jennifer looking for American Leather sofa sleeper.
She was very professional and knowledgeable on the product.
We can the same day to look at the choices and made the purchase .
We previously looked at American leather at Bloomingdale's but decided to buy at Jennifer . We are first time customers and give Ellen a 12 out of 10 for her knowledge and customer service.
It's very seldom we experience great service and are very happy with our experience .
