I wouldn’t recommend anybody else. The company is professional and very efficient, they are approachable and transparent throughout the whole loan process.

Our company’s experience with Jemrex Capital has been extremely negative. After declaring our bridging loan in default in November 2025 - done by refusing to accept payments, Jemrex appointed a receiver who has since made it almost impossible to resolve matters sensibly or transparently.

The receiver seems intent on doing everything possible to push up costs for there benefit, which they wont even provide any form of transparency.

Repeated written requests for a Statement of Account or Redemption Statement have been ignored or met with demands for additional “fees” before any information would be released. Jemrex have consistently refused to communicate directly or engage constructively, forcing everything through costly intermediaries that only increase the borrower’s expenses.

Emails from our directors have gone unanswered, while the charges and costs continue to escalate without justification. Despite our clear willingness and ability to refinance and redeem the loan, Jemrex has shown no interest in facilitating a solution. Instead, their actions appear designed to frustrate repayment and push towards repossession of the property — even as winter and the cost-of-living crisis approach.

In addition, we were instructed at one stage to send payment to an account not in Jemrex’s own name, which raises serious concerns about transparency and regulatory compliance.

From our perspective, Jemrex Capital (and through its receivers) have behaved in a way that feels hostile, opaque, and commercially unreasonable. It seems to be designed to drive up costs for the Borrower so they have no ability to get out of the mortgage.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Jemrex Capital to proceed with extreme caution.

This is my second time working with Jemrex Capital for a bridging loan, and once again, the experience was faultless. Ben and the team continue to deliver with professionalism, efficiency, and a real understanding of what’s needed.
