Poor quality and very poor customer service
The quality simply does not justify the price, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I saw a watch strap in the shop that I really liked, particularly because it was very flexible and comfortable. My size was not available, so I was offered a made-to-measure strap for an additional surcharge.
When the strap arrived, it was completely different in terms of flexibility. It was extremely stiff, to the point of being barely usable, and even the tip of the strap struggles to fit through the keeper loop.
After some reluctance, they agreed to take it back and try to fix the issue. However, despite this, the problem remains. They have now refused to make a new strap, essentially claiming that it is not their problem and that I have to accept the differences because the straps “are not made by machine”.
My advice is to avoid their made-to-measure service. What you receive may be significantly different from the product you saw and tried in the shop, and if there is a problem, the level of customer service is extremely poor.
