Second time of buying 4x 5ltrs of Cuprinol sprayable paint from this company. Very competitive price and also very impressed with how well the paint was packed and delivered. 1. Sticky tape across the paint tin lid. 2. Paint tin placed inside 2 plastic bags. 3. Placed into a tight fitting cardboard box (allowing no movement) 4. Then placed into a second outer cardboard container with instructions on the side showing which way to stand the box up, eliminating any chance of paint leaking out. Would definitely buy again. And delivered within a few days.

Poor communication
Poor communication. My parcel was lost and no one informed me, I had to chase it up. Take the money for payment quick enough but getting a refund took a week. Not good enough.

JDS DIY sent me the incorrect items. I immediately returned them but had to wait almost a month to get a refund. They would not send the correct parts. They would not accept responsibility for their own courier service. Almost every message I sent was replied with a delaying message. I will never use them again.
