Had our Baxi boiler serviced today by JDNA who also fitted it last year.
Ari was professional and on time.
He explained what he needed to do to service it. We were very happy with the work.

Response time was quick. After JDNA arrive was found some another issues with boiler and all resolved in good time manier.

Octopus came out to survey first and just told me I needed an electrician to lay a cable
The JDNA team came out to fully assess installation of a car charger to my garage
I have used them before and trust in their work
The issues we came across were the fuse box and cable had no ability to hold the load needed and there was no way to get cable across through my house to garage at back without pulling up floorboards
We agreed on estimates of cost and the material required to be used to support the car charging
I was really happy to see us be ahead of time down to work ethic and a stroke of luck on the one worrying aspect to all of us... going under the garden
The flooring did have to come up on places but was fixed asap after cabling
The charger is now fully in place and the team have helped me further assess how to improve charge

JDNA are true professionals in their field, no job is too complicated for them in any regard, we came with a slight unique situation we had all our products ordered from China and all the fittings were not the standard for the UK, but they thought of a solution to be able to install EVERYTHING, from the smart toilet to the gas cooker to the sink etc, they worked hard and completed the job to the very end with no issues, If you need someone to complete the job at the highest of standards you really should reach out to them, you will no be disappointed

Don't recommend, I asked for a quote on the job and I was told I need to pay them to price the job, absolute joke, they wont tell you how much they will charge you for the job but demand non refundable payment to price you

Very happy with JDNA LTD, installed new boiler, refurbished one room in the house and fully replaced the whole roof. Very professional, everything was explained, quality outstanding, punctual. Would recommend to everyone whom quality matters.

JDNA Ltd were extremely helpful when trying to navigate the best course of action to fix our boiler and worked with us to find the most cost effective path forward. Very professional. If you're looking for 'cheap' don't waste their time. If you want a professional job at a fair price then get in touch with them. It started with a boiler repair during which I was so impressed with their professionalism I started a conversation about other services as I'm going through my house with a complete refurb over the next few years and finding good tradespeople has not proved easy. So far, as well as the boiler, I've had two bedrooms refurb'd. I'll be getting them back in the autumn for the other two bedrooms. Two excellent jobs done, a few to go.
