Everything is perfect in the gym.
But the toilets need a bit of cleaning specially the shower rooms.

Very big gym, everything really clean and nice.

Staff are helpful and plenty of equipment

I don’t know the weights of the machines on their own. There’s not much in the girls gym it all seems targeted for glutes and cardio and I feel there should be a cable machine in there at least but other than that it’s a aesthetically pleasing gym

The gym was cool and quiet when I arrived it was spotlessly clean my only gripe is considering it was so quiet there were hardly any free weights available they had been taken elsewhere

Wonderfully clean gym and changing facilities/ and really helpful accomplished spin class instructors

No staff on site to help with membership or access, equipment not working.

Yes we pressed the green button, no staff came, we ended up having to join up using a mobile phone outside the gym, there was no staff to talk to about membership.

I was having difficulty using the JD app I wanted to use a code to enter the gym not a QR code. As I was trying to get some help a female gym assistant I believe he name was Daria was coming into work, she immediately came to help me and went to extraordinary lengths to help me in my confused state. That is why I rate my experience with a five so far.

I liked the location. Change room is spacious. Entry is easy - just scan QR code from phone, exit is easy - just walk through.

I didn't like:

1. There's no air conditioning in running section ( where treadmill located ) so it's very hot and stuffy.
2. Treadmill is pretty old, doesn't have a fan either
3. Not enough of training machines - just single instance of each type I use, resulting in queues.

Everything else is good.

I love this gym its a great atmosphere and so much equipment and lessons to use or join in. It was easy to join staff are really friendly. I love the fact there is a ladies only gym room opening hours are practically all day and the parking is free for up to 3 hours which is plenty for everyone 😀. I got a gold card which means I can use jdgyms all over the UK which is excellent for me as I travel at for work and so I don't miss out on a workout 😁. I gave 1 star less as its always really busy no matter what time you go but hey better then empty 😊

I didn't give 5 stars because all the gyms that I visited and I know is 24H , and the equipments is updated with the latest.
Some times when its get busy you have to wait long enough for your turn.

A beautiful and special gym, but let your ambition be to move to a bigger place and provide some important side things such as the swimming pool, sauna, and other things that benefit the athletes

Great layout really nice facility all the weights and equipment you can ask for

The staff are very informative, helpful and polite.
The equipment is kept in good condition and there's a serious but friendly atmosphere in the gym

It’s been only 3 days I joined and I don't understand how the gym operates .

In JD gym app I can see some free online class are there ,but not sure to whom to speak as I am not able to differentiate gym staffs with customers like me.

Evening when busy times I would request other customers to take ample time to complete work out but pass the machine without procrastinating so that other customers can use the machines.Yesterday I was looking for deadlift and waited for 30 mns standing there still couldn’t perform it.

Impressed with the price, I haven’t been to a gym for 3yrs and was paying more then. I have only been a member for 2 weeks but am loving it. A great variety of exercise machines and the best thing is I can alternate between eg a cross trainer and then use the studio to do core workouts.
