It’s dirty, machines aren’t clean and weights aren’t reracked

Overall the gym and equipment are fantastic and the sauna for me is a nice luxury. There is plenty of room and space and the gym has a nice vibe! I've only dealt with one or 2 staff members who have been very polite despite me being a pain not being able to get in (see below)
2 gripes really (was 3 but showers are now being updated)
1. You can only enter and exit once per day. I sometimes go morning and at lunch and I also prefer to run outside before/after using gym equipment which requires entering more than once. This is frustrating for me but also staff having to attend the gates when I buzz in. I have emailed regarding this about a week ago however not received a response, despite the website indicating a reply within 72hours.
2. I cycle commute and there appears to be bike locks on the gym entrance which is also great, but the locks seems to have been previously vandalised (some appear missing) and people lock their bikes up in random places on the entrance. I'm not comfortable leaving my bike here until updated?!

However despite my personal issues with entry and being a bike commuter the actual gym in my short experience here is great, if just attending the gym by foot and only once per day!

The place is spacious and clean. All equipments are well maintained and well organized. They also have amazing self-optioned classes for those the hit n run person. Changing facilities are adorable completed by sauna room, bathroom, toilets, lockers, and hairdryer. With all those marvelous services, they come in a very affordable price. Such a 5 star!

Very good variety of equipment, good air conditioning, spacious and a very good free weight area + mens changing rooms very smart.

Machines are functional and well maintained

Great gym. Only critique would be to provide more toilet paper in the bathrooms and to provide more supportive padding

Very friendly staff always willing to help out and provide advice. Facilities and equipment are both spotless and faultless. Tomas Bowen has always given excellent service.

Been at this gym 7 months. Was a little sceptical at first but tried a variety of classes and found that they were all AMAZING! Vasco body pump and body combat classes are insanely good and he is such a fantastic motivator. He pushes you to push yourself and is more than likely part of the reason I have maintained regularly attending classes. He's also extremely approachable and will guide you to ensure you are working out correctly to avoid injury without making you feel incompetent. Sophie is also fab and is great at motivating and pushing you to perform.
The facilities are spotless, the range of classes is second to none and all staff are fantastic!

Good gym, great trainers. I recommend getting a membership here.

lot of machines to use and been really nice to do workout and the team also amazing.

Amazing gym. Coach bowers was very helpful and showed me how to do a d handle barbell squat which was quad bias and very good. 5 stars

Amazing gym but still has areas it needs to improve.

Gym wise the gym all round is really good and has a good variety of everything. Con is that when equipment breaks it doesn't get fixed for weeks on end. There are treadmills that have been out of order for too long.

Staff is what makes the place. So friendly and helpful you can't fault them. Always on the gym floor cleaning

Great gym with a friendly atmosphere and amazing PTs.
Only downside is a lot of the equipment is constantly out of order, deadlift platforms are coming apart,and everything takes ages to fix/replace.
Bit weird considering this is a central gym in such a good location

Really good atmosphere, staff are amazing and helpful. Never too busy and great facilities!

I found the fitness trainers to be very helpful and I was pleased at the varied equiptment available to use !
