Charged my credit card over $9000 for …
See Jd Sports response to my review below. Seriously what a joke. Maybe call your Melbourne Central store and speak to the manager there .. im done .So many emails to a person in your organisation and now this. I will leave it to my bank and consumer affairs to get the funds returned.
Charged my credit card over $9000 for purchase that was $110 a week ago. Spoke to them the same day it happened and still waiting 7 days later on the over $9000 to be refunded back to the card . Extremely disappointed and would not shop their again. Have escalated the issue with my own bank and consumer affairs .

Besvarelse fra JD Sports Australia
I’m sorry to hear about this. A charge of this size would worry anyone, and we want to get to the bottom of it quickly.
We’ve searched our customer service contacts and orders but haven’t been able to find anything matching your details, which makes us concerned we’re missing something on our end. Could you please email us at customercare@jd-sports.com.au or call us on 08 9126 9472 with your order number (or the email address used at checkout).
Once we have that, I’ll personally make sure it’s investigated as a priority.
Thank you, Team JD.

Would be nice of you shipped the shoes in a cardboard box rather than a bag. The factory shoebox arrived damaged. Shoes themselves are great and the shipping time was excellent!
