Purchased 4 perfumes based on their smells like descriptions on the website.
2 were clearly incorrect but JCS refused to accept this error blaming the manufacturer and subjective listings or send the correct items as it’s all down to customer opinion on the notes.

However, this customer’s opinions obviously mean nothing. It’s less than £15 so the cost is irrelevant.

I had the for site to pay by PayPal, they agreed with my claim and I was refunded.
“Customer service” comes across as defensive of the company in my opinion.
Pay cheap pay twice!

Very cheap and affordable aftershaves and perfumes. I bought 6 a few days ago, taking a bit of a punt with this company because I hadn't heard of them and the prices were so low 😳 However, yesterday I had the bottles delivered and I was very surprised. The scent lasts hours, the bottles are exactly as I remember the originals smelling. Very pleased, very happy customer. So much so, that I just ordered 6 more for my brothers birthday coming up 🤭😆 I don't normally write these reviews but because there aren't a tonne of reviews for this company, I thought I'd do my part to push the recognition 👍🏻

prices amazing can afford to buy several bottles for the price off one or 2 all smell like they copies fast service have just got my 2 nd order been shipped had 9 bottles so far that happy and impressed thinking off making another order soon thks one very happy and delighted customer

The products are excellent, so many people ask what perfume I am wearing and are so shocked when I tell them the price. Even someone on a bus asked me last week.
The price and postage are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone A++++

Unfortunately I could barely smell the product at all after initial 5 - 10 mins and even then it was only vague.
The free sample that was provided had a strong aroma that lasted a good few hours

Damaged item received when open 2 days later was happy for replacement pic was sent was told I they did not off at replacements or did return labels and as I did not open within 48 hrs was accused of prob dropping it and they apparently were being lenient offering me a refund just for perfume i said if it was a gift and was not gonna be opened in 48 hrs what happens then most unhelpful would not buy again and certainly not recommend

Bought 8 different fragrances to test for a possible resale. Only one fragrance smelled similar to the original like mentioned on their lists. All other 7 fragrances didn't smell like the originals, not even remotely close! When asked to return as only opened and sprayed once on a tester, was told it was not possible due to policy. Most companies like fragrance vault do accept this scenario and refund in case customers are not happy with de quality of the fragrance. On top of this one of the bottles was completely empty and the spray wasn't working all perfume had leaked out. Overall very disappointed with the products and post sale service won't be buying from them ever again or recommending to anyone.

Ordered a number of items, estimate for delivery was June 13th - 17th, first delivery was attempted on June 8th, great you’d think, an early delivery, except I had no idea it was coming so missed it. No problem I’ve got a safe place and neighbour preference on the Yodel app, yep they ignored them, and ignored them the second and third time they tried to deliver. Neighbour has confirmed they were in all three days and no attempt was made to deliver to them. Items were then taken to a Yodel depot, 7 days to pick them up, except after 5 days I was told they’d been returned to sender. Fast forward 10 days and JCS have finally refunded my money, except they’ve kept £12 of it for shipping fees. This maybe common practice but I’m feeling bitter at the moment, basically spending £12 on nothing. Hence this review. Anyway JCS told me it’s my fault for not being home to take the delivery, so make sure you don’t leave home from the minute you make an order with them.

Very quick delivery. Great prices. Highly recommended
