Vorsicht nicht kaufen Behauptet artikel sei nicht mehr da und Versendet an jemand anderes mit der sendenummer die mann für meine sendung vorgesehen hat und ist jetzt bei dem anderen geliefert und bei mir steht das auch .
Kassiert 2x Geld und liefert nur 1x aus .
Und will das ich fall bei alliexpress schliese das er mir mein geld zurück erstattet schreibt aber bei alliexpress das ich eine erdtattung von 0.00 euro zustimmen soll, macht das niemals

I recently had a frustrating experience with this company that I feel others should be aware of.

I placed a fairly large order specifically because their website showed that the Orange filament I needed was **in stock**. Based on that, I went ahead and added several other filaments to the order. Had that item not been listed as available, I would not have placed the order at all.

After the purchase, I was informed that the Orange filament was actually **out of stock**. This completely changed the value of my order, since that was the main reason I bought anything in the first place.

What made matters worse was the lack of resolution. I reached out expecting a reasonable response—at minimum, a refund for the item I never received—but the process was slow and disappointing. Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether.

Due to the lack of communication and resolution, I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback for the non-shipped items. That should never be necessary just to receive a refund for products that were never delivered.

Accurate inventory matters. Customers make purchasing decisions based on what companies say they have available. When that information isn’t correct, it wastes time, money, and trust.

I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions. I hope the company improves their inventory accuracy and customer service going forward.

We own a 3D printing business and ordered from Jayo3D for years. Recently we had an issue with an order not being shipped, it's been nearly a month. We contacted their support about 2 weeks ago and support is nonexistent. We spent about $4k a month in material shipments. We ended up having to dispute it through our credit card because we couldn't get support. They were pulled from our authorized vendor list because of this.

Good price, fast shipped, prints great, very pleased with the deal and the product.

I love Jayo filaments. High top quality at a very low cost. Always with good promotion's... And delivery is very fast too. Highly recommend. I only think it should have more matte colours 😉

Worst customer support ever, and confusing way to order. I ordered 10kg. resin, bu realized soon after (10 minutes) that I wanted to cancel. I followed the procedure but they ignored my email and shipped the product anyway. When the product finally arrived I had recieved regular resin and not ABS-like, like I thought I had ordered. Apparently it is because you have to choose (between very tiny options that you can easially miss) And not just look at the header when ordering.

Dont buy it on aliexpress. i spend thousands of USD on it, and the day they sent me wrong filament, they blocked me in all their seller accounts on there..

I ordered only 2 rolls on that order. I sent them pictures of everything, and they kept asking me the same questions which i already sent.. Untill they blocked me.

Just change to another company instead of this. I ran my business with Jayo filament, but i am never gonna order any of their filaments again.

Grundsätzlich war ich immer zufrieden mit Jayo Filament. Nun gab es einmal ein Problem mit unbrauchbarem Filament. Der Service reagiert absolut nicht professionell. Ich kaufe nichts mehr von Jayo aufgrund des schlechten Service.

Good price, quick delivery. Still to use the filament, so can't comment on that just yet...

Echter kreeg ik geen bevestigingsmail en ik kon ook niet registreren op de site. Dus tot de levering was ik onzeker of het goed zou komen.
Uiteindelijk wel een (minimale) reactie op mijn vraag per mail gehad. Dus prijs, product en verzending goed, 1 ster aftrek voor de communicatie.

Très mauvaise expérience, je commande une certaine quantité et ils me livre la moitié de la marchandise et quand je leur écris ils me disent que ma commande est complète... au bout de 3 mails d’échange ils ne trouve pas de solution, ne propose même pas un geste ou même un renvoie et ne répondent plus aux mails. Ils ne répondent même pas depuis les réseaux sociaux. C’est inadmissible venant d’une grande entreprise comme celle-ci!! Je ne rachèterai plus chez eux..
