I searched several online companies for …
I searched several online companies for first aid kits and other first aid supplies. Jax seemed to have the most extensive and useful range of products at very good prices. Their delivery charge is also better than those of other companies. As ever when you buy online without previewing you never quite know what you're going to be sent. I was not disappointed - good quality first aid kit - both the contents and the outer bag. I was impressed so will not hesitate to use Jax again.

Outstanding customer service.
I ordered a defib hard case for our Village Hall, and it was delivered very quickly. The friendly website made the ordering process very easy. All emails were responded to immediately, even at weekends. Paperwork was accurate and sent through promptly. The online chatline service was also available well after office hours.
There was a small problem after delivery, but Jordan, Managing Director sorted it immediately.
I am very impressed with the practically personalised service I received from Jordan.
His communication skills are exemplary.
Why can't more companies be like this?!

Great company, great customer service....
Was looking to purchase a defib for my sons football team when i saw this company on facebook. Messaged them via facebook and within a couple of messages and about 15 mins i had a fantastic defib for a fantastic price. Cannot thank you enough for your help with this. Arrived today and really pleased with it. A refreshing change to deal with a company with such great customer service.

Great company, great products and great customer service. We rang the company to check if the goods would arrive on the date it said on their website. We were pleasantly surprised on how kind and friendly the whole team were and of course the items arrived on the date we expected and were excellent quality goods.

I ordered a number of items for our business to support our lone workers. Communication was excellent. We had problems with the delivery company, but Jax resolved the issue without hesitation. Contact was easy, the response was friendly and amenable. I will use Jax again when we need any further equipment, and would absolutely recommend them.
