Great selection of supplies and very affordable prices, particularly compared to other online suppliers. There was an issue with the promptness of delivery of my order, but this was swiftly dealt with by the customer service team. I will order from them again, and recommend them to others.

This easy plaster is a new concept in first aid plasters and bandages as it works as both and doesn't stick on the skin. I was recommended it by St John's Ambulance and bought a pack. Delivered to my house with no delays.

I bought several travel first aid kits for cars. Good selection of contents except no eyewash, which I shall have to order separately and I have also bought antiseptic cream and antibacterial hand gel for each kit too; all three necessary in my opinion.
The 'Simple First Aid Advice' leaflet is far too wordy and has been designed to suit more than one of the Jax kits - unhelpful. I have read it, but will soon forget much of it and it would not be useful in an emergency situation in a vehicle. This could be a double-sided wipe-clean card with a list of contents for each pocket and SHORT notes to assist a first aider.
I would be willing to write a suitable card if the firm contacts me.
