Saim was an excellent driver, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. We essentially had a driver rather than a guided tour, as the explanations provided were very limited. We also had to pay for the parking ourselves, and not even a bottle of water was provided. Overall, we expected a much more complete and attentive tour experience.

Junaid was an awesome driver and tour guide. He was so willing to customise the day according to our interests. We had our kids with and was amazing with them. We loved our Mount Fuji tour. Thanks Junaid, hoping to visit again in the future

Our guide Hammad was great! He customized the trip to accommodate our needs and changing plans.

Great location reccommendations. Friendly, punctual and full of useful information which greatened our touristic experience massively. Would reccommend.

Nice tour, relaxed guide!

Great guide! And fluent in english.

Everything went perfectly and smoothly. Big shout out to our guide driver, Usman! Arigato! 🙏🏻🏯🇯🇵

We had a great day with Zubair. He was kind, informative, and offered great options for our day. He was fast to respond to communication before and during the trip. We would definitely book with him again.

Amazing experience with sameer. Mt Fuji amazing views. Don’t miss out . Book this trip well worth it. Very knowledgable

Our tour with our guide Sunny was interesting and enjoyable. We’ve visited many places and had good time. Sunny was on time, carrying and flexible. He wanted to show us as much as possible. At the same time he wanted us to feel independent and spend more time in the place we liked more.

wir hatten einen grossartigen Tag mit dem Guide Junaid. Er hat uns sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Spots gezeigt. Wir hatten immer genügend Zeit um die Orte zu erkunden. Danke für den Service Junaid.

Manni was a great guide for our Mt Fuji day trip from Tokyo. He explained the set up of the day well and was willing to change things easily if we wanted to do slightly different things.
He provided interesting information about Japanese culture, religion and facts about Mt Fuji.
Lots of driving for him as the traffic was so bad- but he was calm and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely use Japway tours again and recommend their services to others.

Following a recommendation from Japan Tours Ltd to leave early and avoid traffic, we departed at 7 a.m. instead of the planned 9 a.m., and it worked out perfectly. Our driver, Rizwan, was friendly and knew the route well. We had a great tour.

The Mt. Fuji tour was great. We visited so many cool and underrated spots. Our tourguide Waqar was frendly and talkative. He informed us of every activity. We really appreciate this. I highly reccomend this tour who want to see Fuji from another way especially with Waqar.

Amazing tour from Tokyo to Nikko . The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable . Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful tour. Perfectly planned. The weather was great. The tourguide was extremly nice and helpful.

We had a great experience on the Mount Fuji tour! Waqar our driver and guide for the day was fantastic, he made the day more enjoyable with how well he helped organise our day. Waqar is super friendly and great to chat to! He is also amazing at taking photos which is a major plus for our family of 5 from New Zealand! Thank you Waqar and Japway tours!
