Jane Clayton & Company Anmeldelser

I was thrilled with the fabric I ordered which arrived in excellent time and well packed. Sadly, on examination there was a flaw in the product and JC were brilliant dealing with alternative solutions. It really is true that it's how problems are dealt with that is so important. Brilliant service and after care. Thank you Team Clayton!

There was no notification that a delivery had been attempted and then taken to my chosen delivery place if no one was in.
I was about to call to find out where it was and went onto the tracking reference to see that it had been delivered snd gad to he collected hy today, 29th October. Very poor communication

Lovely wallpaper at a bargain price. It arrived very quickly, well within your schedule of 4-6 working days. So quickly after one working day and a weekend!
Easy to put up.
I will certainly use you again.

Despatched Tuesday and delivered Thursday. V impressed. Found material to be the best price/top quality by far and got 10% off as a new customer. Will definitely order from here again. Thank you! 5⭐️

Very helpful and prompt service love the wallpaper although I haven’t got it yet I loved the sample just waiting for the rolls now

Easy to order, helpful guide as to how many rolls of wallpaper to order. Arrived quickly (in specified time frame) well packaged

Company refused to let me send back some fabric even though they didn't show the scale represented on the product page so now I'm out of pocket. Product was not accurately represented on the product page. Disappointed with customer service who didn't offer me any sort of solution.

Easy to navigate website, endless choice and simple to place order. It arrived within a couple of days. Very pleased. Would purchase from them again and recommend to others.

Excellent value and speedy delivery. Many thanks.

Easy website to navigate and quick delivery. Have used this company several times and service consistent.

Excellent product very good quality easy purchasing

Quick, efficient service. Website easy to use and order. Fabric arrived very quickly and is just what I want.

Thought samples service was fast and easy. Would have liked an option to pay for a whole pattern piece with out buying a meter. To be able to manage to picture full colour depth. I'm nervous as curtains I chose 2-3 years ago seemed a lot darker when made up and lined. Hopefully this time I can make better judgement. And make the room brighter and lighter.

Wonderful customer service....so polite! When I needed an extra roll of wallpaper, they kindly extended the sale price! The best experience!

Exceptional customer service.
My free samples arrived quickly, nicely presented in a folder.
My subsequent order was delivered by courier within 3 days.
The wallpaper I bought was significantly cheaper than other online retailers.

I’m very pleased with the quick lead times with orders and the prompt communication around enquiries. The selection of high end fabrics is huge.
