This is by far the best braided wig unit I’ve ever received. 121 strands and no tangling is amazing!! Definitely want to purchase more and I appreciate the attention to detail that they pay. Also, the staff is very kind. The packaging alone made me feel like I was opening something luxury. Keep up the high-quality work!!

So far,I have ordered the Jalisa tangleless human hair boho knotless box braided wig 79 strands in 36 inches and recently the tangleless hd lace knotless boho box braided wig 99 strands with human baby hairs and I absolutely love them both!! Each time I install them, everyone thinks that I have braided my hair ( which I cannot do due a slight case of alopecia I developed in perimenopause) .. I am bombarded with compliments !!! I usually get them installed professionally.. I have two other braided wigs from Fancivivi but I just love the boho wigs from Jaliza..I planned to purchase hd lace knotless box braided wig in the ombré brown color as I only have my boho wigs in black and need one with color.. Every female should own a Jaliza boho braided wig especially as maintenance is minimal … all that is required is that you separate and detangle the boho curls on mornings after your sleep routine and add conditioner and water or mousse… I have been wearing one which was installed since December 15th 2024 and it is now Jan 11th 2025 and it is still applied.. just a few touch ups with the ebin lace melt or the olive oil wig grip spray on the sides and I am flaunting my wigs daily..Great job Jaliza!! I am a big supporter of your products….

My experience caused me way too much disappointment. First misleading advertising gave impression product was available and would be shipped promptly. I ordered two items, separate orders hours apart November 20,2024. One day later I got a WhatsApp message saying my second order was not available in size large and it would take a long time to make but medium size was available if I wanted it. I said yes I will take the medium.
13 days went by and I didn't receive any of the orders. I promptly requested cancellation of both orders for refund on December 3rd since I had to purchase elsewhere. I got a response saying the Ist order was held up delayed in the post and the 2nd order item was still being made so not even ready for shipping!
Again I requested cancellation of both orders.
I got a response saying for item that has not been shipped yet a refund would be processed.
So another email 1st order shipped but I could return it, however if I decide to keep it I would be offered $30 refund as compensation.
December 6 I finally received 1st order and sent reply email saying since I’m offered $30 refund I will keep it. I still have not used it.
It’s now January 5th and still no refund even after reminding them of their offer December 24th.
As for the 2nd order that I was told they would cancel, well I received notification that order was shipped! I promptly replied asking how and why would they ship long after cancellation request!? I notified them I didn’t have time nor did I want the hassle of dealing with return. I had already disputed the charge with my bank for 2nd order. On December 24 luckily I caught up with the mailman and told him I had to refuse the package.
It’s been such a frustrating experience dealing with this company. They would fire off emails that made no sense sometimes, like the right hand had no clue what the left hand was doing.
I have no clue if the wig is good or not as I have not even removed it from the plastic bag. I very RARELY wear wigs or braids so it’s certainly a waste of my $199. This is however the most inept customer service I’ve experienced in the last decade. I would never shop this brand again ever.

I have purchased a total of six wigs from Jaliza and all of them have been of good quality. Their glueless wigs and pre-cut HD lace wigs are awesome, especially for those who don't want to use glue or wig tape due to alopecia. I would highly recommend their wigs and will be a returning customer.

I bought it for my wife and she really liked it. The first thing she said was how comfortable and lightweight it was!

I am new to wigs, I did my research and read reviews and decided to give Jaliza a try.
I absolutely love the hair quality, and how natural and soft the hair feels. Shipping came before the expected arrival date which was great. For my first experience Jaliza hair did not disappoint, definitely will be ordering more.

Do not order through there website use Amazon if you want to try it. They will not pay for your delivery on the return so you have to pay out of pocket if you deal with them. I paid for priority mail waited 6 days to contact them because of the weekend. To find out they never sent my 2 wigs i ordered because of a security protect they said. Straight lied to me then sent 1 wig that wasn't human hair as advertised.Your dealing with the dealer who doesn't understand good business practices which Amazon has down to a science. I will never do business with them again. Go through Amazon and at least your better protected.

Jalisa shop is amazing. I placed my order. It never came. Hard right? No. They quickly rectified the issue. They were very professional and prompt. I love the wig I got. It was worth every penny. I will now only shop there site. I feel beautiful. My daughter died four years ago. Just knowing that Jalisa respected my order and sends me another made me cry happy tears. Today is my first time smiling in a long time. This store and their staff deserves props. Peace

Jaliza Is Not A Scam I'm on my 3rd order and I have always received my wigs on time and just like I requested them to be. Their customer service is beyond excellent. I absolutely love Jaliza. The wigs are great quality and looks very natural.

The owner of Jaliza is the owner of FANCIVIVI and they run a SCAM. This is how their scam works, let me explain. First, They will open multiple braided hair wigs website and then scam people for about a year. After that, they will abandon the site and move to their new websites. I have been monitoring this company for long time. They own multiple domain that they use for scam. They own www.fancivivi, www.jaliza and www.mybraidedwig. If you doubt me, Go and look at the websites I mentioned and you would see the similarities in design, WHOIS domain name owner and the fake reviews. The pictures and fake reviews are copied from fancivivi and other fake website that they own. The owner is a notorious scammer from China, who is scamming black women. In addition, they ask people for positive review in exchange for money or wigs. These review are financially orchestrated.

I ordered knotless boho braids wigs and it was very high quality. It was easy to install. I will definitely ordered from them again

I absolutely love their tangleless boho braided week. I wore it on vacation and it was perfect. It fits my head better than any wig has ever . The fact they use human hair was even better because the wig didn’t tangle at all. I love the length it gave me that salon look that I wanted for vacation. It’s super easy to maintain this wig .

These boho locs are gorgeous. Very light weight and easy to install. Love the fact that it’s tangle free as the hair attached is 100% human hair. Once styled can last for up to 3 months. The older it farts the better it look more natural. Summer is right around the corner and I definitely recommend this for the entire summer. Money well spent . I highly recommend
