This company are taking the time to report eBay listings for intellectual property rights violations..that are second hand Indian “Jali” Sheesham wooden cabinets!

And while I understand the importance of protecting one’s hard work and brand where applicable…but..These solid wood cabinets that are being reported and taken down to remove the word “jali” look nothing like your produced work. Also keeping in mind I didn’t list it as the brand “Jali”. I had no idea they even existed, and after this experience I wouldn’t even consider buying from them.

Well..So now…I have to email “JALI LTD”…to email eBay…. to get my listing reinstated, I think not. Because it’s absolutely pathetic.

A quick google search on Jali would also suggest a perforated stone or latticed screen with an ornamental geometric or natural pattern, commonly used in Indian and Islamic architecture.
Design: A carved screen made of stone, wood, or metal featuring intricate gridwork, calligraphy, or floral designs.

What a wonderful company and service. I was looking for a very particular sized radiator cover and I absolutely loved the customisable feature on the Jali site. I'd started designing and wasn't completely sure of my measurements but Jenny from the team reached out to me to assist and was a fantastic (and very patient) guide throughout as I had a lot of questions. The finished article was ready much sooner than expected and I was contacted for a convenient delivery time, which was so helpful. Assembly instructions were very clear and now I have a beautiful (great quality) and perfectly made to measure radiator cover that completes my bedroom. I'm sure I'll find a reason to order again, can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Jali!

Excellent product, looks awesome, would highly recommend if you need any fretwork lovely design.

Many years ago, I purchased radiator covers and decorative fretwork from Jali. I was impressed by the quality, price and delivery from Jali.

Naturally, Jali was my first port of call when I recently needed 2 bespoke sized doors for a utility cupboard. Great to speak to a real person in their customer service department. Fast delivery. The doors were just what I needed: thankyou, Jali

What a gross company. Please do not order from this business, the experience was completely terrible. Said 4-6 weeks delivery time, came in 17 weeks and then they damaged our property when delivering. Please give your money to other businesses, because this one does not care once they’ve got it.

Jali staff helped me through the design process and the finished product looked great.

We ordered a bespoke wall unit in white and are delighted with it. Ordering was easy and Jenny gave some support with this. The shelf was delivered in good time and is excellent quality. It was delivered with nickel coloured fixtures which did not suit, so a call to Jenny and she sent white fixings overnight which look great. An excellent service and would recommend Jali for bespoke size units.

The fretwork board was 5* and primed beautifully.

Their website is so easy to use, they confirmed the measurements of my order via email and rang me when it was ready to be sent out which meant I was able to agree a date I was in to receive them.
I ordered the 'wood veneer' which was so much better than I anticipated. Two coats of varnish has really enhanced it. Even the carpenter complimented my choice.

I was looking everywhere for an MDF arch that I could then paint with magnetic paint and then crochet a scalloped border for it - transforming it into a beautiful magnetic wall arch for my daughter's playroom. I came across Jali and the website was so easy to use to find my custom shape and preferred size, and what I loved the most was how affordable it was - the price was an absolute steal!! I also really liked that Jali contacted me when the arch was ready and asked me for a preferred delivery date, so that I could make sure I was home to recieve it. Thank you so much, you have made my daughter a very happy little girl (and me a happy mum).

I ordered a panel to cover an unsightly pipe in our front room. Now it looks beautiful and in keeping with the other patterns. The range of colours to choose from also meant that a perfect fit was possible.

I wanted a meter cupboard for a very tight space. I can't praise the process enough. I enjoyed the design process and was confident that it would fit due to the excellent support from the team at Jali who went through my design with me before I placed my order. It arrived within the lead time and the quality is great.

Took a while to get my bespoke piece right but eventually we worked it out and it was terrific. Have used Jali for several projects, some straightforward and some, like this last one, a little more complicated but always found them helpful.

We ordered a bespoke unit. Waited ages and when it came there was a fault. They had glued a piece the wrong way round. My husband, who was assembling couldn’t get the pieces to fit as they should. When he contacted the company to ask about it and send a photo their designer admitted that it was their mistake. They offered to send another piece but we had waited so long we just wanted it finished. My husband sorted it himself. Company offered an apology and said mistakes are rare! No comfort to us.No offer of recompense for inconvenience. Obviously no one checks these items before dispatch. Would not deal with them again!

Please is Jali Support recently employing for customer support agent role?

And do they require payment for certification?

Disappointed in this company.
They advertise a 4-8 week manufacture and we specifically chose white as it stated a quicker lead time. I have needed to chase the company numerous time to find out when the cupboards will be delivered and each time I’ve been put off a week! After being told they were going to be delivered end of September, I have now been advised that it will be mid October. We ordered in mid July and had I known the company cannot fulfil their advertised lead times, I would not have ordered from them.

Edited- to say although we really disappointed with lead times and communication of the cabinets, we are really pleased with them once they finally arrived.

We wanted a custom built-in unit for our living room - we are keen DIYers but building one from scratch would have been challenging, and equally didn't want to spend 3-4k to have someone build one for us.

We stumbled across Jali by accident. We realised it had an online design programme where we could bring our idea to life with the exact requirements and dimensions for our space.

The website offers a few preset pieces that you can then customise. We wanted a bookcase to sit on top of only part of the floor cabinets - this was not something the system allowed us to do in one go. We designed a bookcase and floor units separately - the designers were responsive and helpful, guiding us and recommending tweaks to our design to ensure the pieces would all work well together.

It was a long (but expected) wait to receive the units, and were mostly straightforward to assemble with the instructions provided. We now have a solid and gorgeous custom unit that looks gorgeous as well as offering us plenty of storage space.

We would very happily order from them again should we need another build in unit!

The sales team were great in helping me with the design, ensuring that the units would look right and fit into an awkwardly shaped space. When they arrived the units were so well built that I managed to put it all together in less than 3 hours. My daughter (it was a present) is delighted
