Purchased a product without checking…

Purchased a product without checking here first which ended with this review for this vendor. Thanks to the intermediary JVZoo which has been great for interjecting in these transaction when using the JVZoo option to purchase, I was able to get a full refund. I was trying to get support for several issues and no communication or acknowledgment of my request from this vendor jaisharmasolutions.com. Within hours of requesting a refund I get a response to offer me an upgrade but told them just a refund and they have ignored me ever since. It has been 3 days since I asked for my request for refund and I have receive nothing from this vendor at flowcasta which this company represents.

When you told us you only wanted a refund, we processed it right away, no questions asked.

4. The one thing we missed.
We didn't send you a note confirming the refund was done. I understand that left you wondering, and we've fixed that in our support process.

I bought DeepSmartX with all the OTOs…

I bought DeepSmartX with all the OTOs and it doesn't work, only provides error messages. Thirty day refund was not honored. I see by reading the other reviews I'm not going to get a refund $340. Total scam.

Scammer alert? The Issue is settled and updated

29-10-2026, I spoke in person with Jai, and we actually solved the issue, it turns out to be a lot of miscommunication and mishandling by the former support staff. But the owner in person (meaning Jai) stepped in personally and solved the issue. DeepsmartX changed the UI, and its format, but as agreed upon I have my Lifetime unlimited access back. I went back into the new update Ui, and could create video . I think its working proper now.

This man, IF he even exists as this person, and is not an AI created avatar, should be taken down, and brought to justice, for not delivering what people bought.
Buyer be warned; DeepsmartX is useless and is not even in the slightest close to what he promises.
Edit; to jaisharmasolutions; Your claim, that I deleted Your comment or reply, here on Trustpilot,is down right false. I did not even saw a comment, until now. Unfortunate I can not share screenshots here from the ticket section your referring to, as to use. Because its precisely THAT failure, next to the failing functions, THAT I am addressing here. After multiple attempts, over e period of over a MONTH!! on Your Ticket service, failing to get a proper response? I simply gave up waiting on a response. And NOW; More than a year later, here on Trustpilot, you respond that it is not fair? Have a nice day, and future life.
