The fault to our Jacuzzi was quickly identified and repaired by engineer Nigel, who throughout the visit was very polite and professional, a credit to the company.

Mark was punctual, organised and identified the problem quickly. Had the replacement part with him so repair was done during one visit. Mark also gave me very helpful advice on maintenance of the Jacuzzi.
I was very happy with the whole experience. 😊

This is the first issue I’ve had since purchasing our hot tub and I found from booking the job with customer service to the job being completed was smooth and no nonsense. Nigel turned up on time and was exceptionally professional and friendly from start to finish.

Nigel came a fitted a new temperature sensor with no fuss and was very polite, knowledgeable and professional.
He also identified another issue which he contacted the support team and they agreed he could fix that even though it was out of warranty

Mark was friendly punctual efficient and helpful

Sales team at Bent were great and had good service. However, once it’s put in place don’t expect good customer service if reporting a fault, 1 of the side panels is broken and hanging off, 1st reported it heard nothing back, rang them and they said would order a new panel, a month later have not had any update. So emailed again to get a curt reply saying it will take up to 98 days to get panel. Not impressed

The sales team at Bents and the actual hot tub (J335) are absolutely fantastic. Couldn't ask for more - helpful, patient and not at all pushy. The hot tub - wow! Can't believe we've waited so long and wouldn't be without it. However - customer services are really disappointing. We have a few minor issues which were reported and we received the standard auto response followed by silence. After a follow up we were advised that the parts are out of stock but expected soon. Silence has ensued again. We now have a major issue that has been reported - auto response again followed by silence. This is really disappointing after such exemplary service from the team at Bents.

We visited Jacuzzi at Bents garden centre yesterday with the aim of finding out more about their products. We met Phil who answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us and not pushy at all. We ended up placing an order with him - and we look forward to delivery later in the summer.

A visit to Bents garden centre for some plants resulted in us coming away with an unexpected order for a Jacuzzi hot tub!

Initially, when we entered the Jacuzzi area in the outside grounds of the garden centre, my first thought was that these things are well out of our reach, and something for the super wealthy.

Not only were these surprisingly affordable, with some amazing finance deals on the table, but the entire experience was made so much easier by Mark Crawford, the sales executive, who was a joy to deal with. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and engaging in a way that wasn’t over the top, but made him a very likeable person.

Our Jacuzzi was delivered and installed to the absolute date, time and specifications as promised, and even after we had some initial teething issues with cloudy water, it wasn’t too much trouble for Mark to call us back (on a weekend, too) and talk us through the process of rectifying it.

I can honestly say that these things are super-therapeutic, we both sleep much better after taking a dip of an evening, and they are intelligent in terms of their energy consumption. They are called Smart Tubs for a reason!

All in all, a thoroughly satisfying experience, from the point of purchase to the post-delivery aftercare.

I would give this company (and the salesperson, Mark) a rating of Highly Recommend.

Had a hot tub delivered three weeks ago , a couple of teething problems but can’t fault the after service. Prompt and issues sorted within a couple of days . Mark from Manchester office dealt with an issue within 5 minutes of me emailing even on a Sunday, he’s excellent to deal with very professional, highly recommend buying through him

Nigel came today and fixed the temperature sensor and an issue with the Bluetooth speakers on my spa. Was really nice and professional and had the job done in no time at all! Great service! Thanks Nigel!!

Bought our Jacuzzi 315 tub in 2021 from Bents Jacuzzi Manchester. Steve and the staff were so helpful an knowledgeable in helping us make our choice of tubs. Since then I have visited several times to get advise and chemicals for my tub, and always my wife and myself are greeted warmly and given friendly expert information. Myself and partner only went in to buy plants, but ended up looking at hot tubs at Jacuzzi in bents garden centre in
Manchester in June 2022, we spoke to Mark who from the start told us what we needed to know about this particular hot tub needless to say we bought one, process was smooth and delivered exactly how was said,we're in it most weekends now, I've been over a few months now since and nothing is a problem to explain what's what, I've been to see Mark and his work colleagues today jan 2023 for a bit of advice and they couldn't of been anymore helpfull, if your thinking of getting a hot tub call into bents go see Mark or his colleagues and they will make sure you get the best deal, definitely 10/10 for service
