Great product but when they arrived they had labels on showing they were on sale at half the price I paid online. Very unhappy.

Order a pair of track bottoms from the website for £50, only to receive the track bottoms with a 50% off label and £25 price tag attached. Completely ripped off.
Ever since sports direct / frasers group took over jack wills, like with anything sports direct touch, it's scam after scam

The t-shirt are really poor quality. The shape is off with narrow shoulders and large belly. The stitching along the top of the shoulders has been badly crafted. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money as many other brands have better t-shirts for much less money. I stupidly cut the price tags off so now stuck with unwanted products. I won't shop there again unfortunately.

My order arrived in a box with a 'sale' sticker on it. My purchase had been marked down to £40 but I have been charged £56.99.
There is literally no way to contact the company directly to discuss this.

Good quality items and swift delivery

Had the Khaki Cargo Shorts for a few years now and loved them, so ordered two more in different colours!

Parcel arrived (inside a shipping bag) with actual product packaging indicating it had been previously torn open and had attached a significantly discounted price tag (70% off), Customer services said we had paid the correct price, yet shipped this with the revised price and packaging potentially a return or shop displayed item

I recently purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter, paying £60 plus £7.99 for 48 hour delivery. On receiving the jeans, I noticed that they had a price label of £30. I am unimpressed, to say the least but, as they were a birthday gift, did not feel that I could do much about it.

Bought an e voucher, not received it. Have email asking where it is, had no reply.

Purchased a pair of mens sliders in blue, only worn a handful of times yet the rubber has got so flexible that they catch on anything, I tripped over on a small step and twisted my ankle, I've never done that with any other footwear, don't buy this product they're dangerous

I got a sweater 50% nylon 50% wool two months ago, used few times and the material is falling apart, specially on the areas with more friction that is full of big fabric balls that just come out while using. I've never seen it like this with any fabric.

Like the quality of the clothes don’t like that you have to pay delivery on orders over £40 and even to be delivered in store or to a pick up point!!

Goods met website description. Delivery was a week earlier than indicated & within 7 days of the order to Poland.

The parcel was not delivered to the stated address. The photo taken of delivery site was not specific to the parcel, but a pile of other deliveries at the site! Dishonest
