I ORDERED A JACKET....THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT SEND IT TO ME....I THEN CANCELLED....THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MONEY....AFTER 3 WEEKS I ASKED WHERE IS THE REFUND...THEY SAID I CANCELLED....THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT REFUND....CHINESE OR INDIAN FOOKERS THEY ARE....

This company advertises one item and sends another. A big scam company. I wasted my money in their "famous telescope". They should be closed and reimburse the customers that were scamed.
DO NOT BUY FRM THEM!!! BEWARE!!!

SCAM! charged $170 without authorization. Apparently, it's for a membership, which they don't even have any options or information on their site about, and just take it out one day after your "shipping payment"

They will charge you $150 for an annual membership after 24 hours of your purchase. This was not advertised or communicated to me. How this is legal is beyond me. I have also not received the items I "purchased" and will be following up with my bank and investigating the legality of this company's practices.

SCAM! I purchased a bag during their “just pay shipping” sale. I saw the membership fee and I cancelled it right away. But they still charged me with 170 dollar subscription. All what you can do is cancel the card during the one day trial.

Yep, I fell for it. Blame a long night. After ordering a bag, I saw a few complaints about the company. Within 5 hours of the purchase, I cancelled the "subscription" that wasn't clearly described in the order or the T&Cs with both email and FB but still got stung $169USD/$230AUD the following day. My bank is now following it up. Have since been blocked from several of their FB pages for trying to warn others about the scam.

Bank of America automatically cancels a debit card if it is used in "possibly fraudulent activity." They will not tell you what that activity is, but they will cancel and replace your debit card. When I attempted to get a free jacket from Jackonstore.com, my debit card was declined and cancelled at the same time. Now I have to wait for a new card and update my profiles.

absolute scam. Hidden in hidden Terms is a membership agreement with a fixed fee. Nothing is free, they wait until 24 hour cancellation deadline runs out and then bills you for anything up to 150 pounds for membership. Avoid. Cancel your card NOW if you have input details

I would suggest that anyone considering purchasing from Jack On Store checks Mahi Leather beforehand.

I have sent an e-mail to Mahi Leather and a representative has advised me that the bag that I received does not represent their applicable product (Columbus bag).

I would also like to advise that Mahi Leather, as at writing this, does not charge an annual fee and offers free delivery over a certain amount.

Incidentally, Mahi Leather products are made to order. Yet, as at writing this, jackonstore is advertising, "OVERSTOCK CLEARANCE'. In part the response from a Mahi Leather representative is that jackonstore.com does not have consent from Mahi Leather to use any of their images as at writing this.

Attempting to return the bag and/or remove the annual fee have, as at writing this, been fruitless at the end of jackonstore.com. I am now dealing with my bank and the matter is being reviewed.

I also organised a jacket that has not arrived as at writing this and documentation from jackonstore.com's end confirms this. I have also enquired about this from jackonstore.com and have not received a response. The five weeks ends no later than 8th February, 2021. Should this not arrive, I will send them another e-mail and c.c. to my card provider.

As for the leather jackets, I suggest doing a Google reverse image search to determine where they are from.

Additionally, I have placed multiple messages on Jack On Store Facebook profiles and at least some of them have been removed. No explanation given as at writing this.

They have made it very complicated.
Once u buy’ u will have another transection of subscrition. Which if way more than your purchase and then you cannot unsubscribe from it.
Its a fraud and need to be reported

I was initially told that o would be charged $29.99 for 2 "free" bags as this was tge shipping charge. Two days later I received 3 subsequent charges totaling over $170. I have sent email notification to the company and have not received any response. SCAM.

Yep, same as everybody else. Its a scam. I bought the "Free bag" & just had to pay freight. a couple of days later there was a $200 debit from my card. I queried it & here is their response -

At the time of your purchase, you began to enjoy an optional Annual membership of our free products, this charge will be made only once a year until you decide to cancel it.
We regret to tell you that the subscription has already been charged and cannot be refunded. As stated in our terms and conditions, once you make the purchase in our products selected as free, you have 24 hours to cancel the optional annual membership.
We greatly appreciate doing business with you and hope this clears the question asked.

This is a scam! They charged $250 for a $0 pay only shipping jacket. Product never arrived.

Scam! You get what you pay for and you pay for what you get.

clicked on a facebook advert offering "free bags and jackets" - only pay for shipping. Thought it was too good to be true, and checked the Terms and Conditions - hidden in there, amongst some confusing legalese is a $169 per annum membership fee. Most people these days don't check the t's and c's and will be scammed by this

SCAM! They charge you some BS membership fee that you have 24 hrs to cancel. They don't tell you about it, but all of a sudden you have a MASSIVE charge in your bank account.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Scam. Do not use. They charge you $149.99 each year for a membership they tell you nothing about and refuse to refund you.

This company advertises free items where you only pay shipping. During the process of buying anything you are not warned that this company will enter you into a membership and charge your card $150. Their terms and conditions also hide this information. In order to find the information you must search “membership” in their search bar, you will then find the real terms and conditions which states that no refund can be given unless applied for within 24 hours of creating the account. They do not charge the additional charge to the card until the 24 hours is up so you’re unaware you’ve been scammed until it is too late.

When you complain you’re referred back to their terms and conditions to which you can not see anything about the charges.

This company is clearly scamming people. Not at any point during the point of sale are you made aware of additional charges or memberships. You receive no email about membership or charges only about the order you have made which states the items are free and postage is $39.99

I will be referring this case to the financial ombudsmen and my credit card company.
