Jack in the box Durant got off work after a long day at the Taco Bell in Durant the lady there seemed exhausted but still put a smile on and was courteous I appreciate her she did an amazing job I don't know her name but she had some tattoos nice lady it was about 1 am

My tacos and curly fries were exactly what I wanted from Jack in the Box. However, they completely messed up my main sandwich—wrong sauce, missing pickles, and it looked thrown together. When I asked them to fix it, the staff seemed incredibly annoyed, and I had to wait a long time again. The food is standard, but the service and order accuracy at this location were extremely frustrating.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the meat was flavoless rubber. I couldn't bite through it. They replaced it with a spicy chicken sandwich. The tiny piece of chicken was as hard as a rock and it just tasted like salt. I tossed it after one bite. All this for over $15 for the combo. Never again.

Jack in the box St Louis Missouri location Central West end. When I mean a awesome awesome over the average restaurant for morning breakfast and brunch this Jack in the box just made some kind of history because this is the best Jack in the box I've been to in the STL city. Keeping it real

The NEW Jack in the Box in Hinesville GA is horrible. Do not get me wrong. Most of the staff is friendly. But they cannot complete an order without making it the way YOU tell them to. I am no longer going back to this store. They cannot do anything right. Avoid it.

On 3-29-2025 we stopped at the Jack in the Box 3605 Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA location, and ended up with the most HORRIBLY tasting pile of CRA* that anyone ever shoved off on us as edible food.

So, SHAME of US for revisiting that same location on 11-10-2025. OVERCHARGED to the tune of $14.12 for a simple sandwich. Plus, the food quality had improved only slightly.

BUT, what was really nasty was the unending stream of 'Soda Snatchers' who simply walked in and drained literally GALLONS of soda and ice from the self serve unit. Essentially, we paid for a soda, and got NOTHING, while dozens of 'non-payers' had their way with the equipment. SADLY, we stood at the counter for almost 8 minutes, and never could get any employee inside the restaurant to give us a micro second of their time. We hoped to get a small refill to wash down the bad taste of JACK food, but never had the opportunity.

YES, we knew that 'JACK' does not provide gourmet meals, but the expectation that some employee would police that restaurant was our minimal, yet unfulfilled hope and expectation.

Hopefully, your local 'JACK' does a better job for their customers. They probably can, because nothing could be worse than the Atlantic Ave, Long Beach, CA location.

I placed an order through the Jack in the Box app (Order #260222075038838) at Store #3800 in Weatherford, TX. The store prepared the food two hours before the pickup time. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue, manager Laura refused to look at my order number, provided false information about the ordering platform, and hung up on me. The merchant has charged me for a service they failed to provide and is refusing a refund

Horrible service sat and waited 40 minutes for an order for the app. When we finally received the food it was cold. Utah has horrible food service they all believe they are in titled.

1st time trying Jack in the box. I ordered the bacon & swiss buttery burger meal. It was dry, the bacon was just a little piece on the burger, it was barely visable.The swiss cheese was so thin it was transparent. I will never go there again.

Wait time was 45 minutes(2:25pm and finally got my food at 3:05pm) to receive our food pop machine didn’t have syrup for the pop. Food wasn’t spectacular and did not wow me. They were still taking orders while still behind on filling orders already placed

Went to Mabank Texas Jack in the Box. Left a bad review 2 years ago. Today an excellent review ordered tacos with extra lettuce they were hot and crunchy. Service was quick and had us moving out and on the freeway quick.

The Jack in the Box mascott.. Oh. My. Gosh. He's amazing. Never tried the food so don't ask me how it tastes because I don't care, unless your talking about the mascott. commercials are amazing and spectacular. Best fast food EVER

Jack in The Box brought back one of the worst tacos: Monster Tacos, because many people had been sick for eating them. JACK IN THE BOX! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU PROMOTING THE WORST TACOS THAT FILLED WITH E.COLI OUTBREAK MEMORIES!!! STOP SELLING MONSTER TACOS, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO TOMATOES, NO SAUCE, ONLY THE CAT FOOD, RAT, AND INKLING MEAT, ROTTEN LETTUCE, WORN OUT CHEESE THAT TASTES LIKE MY FEET, AND DRY TACO SHELLS THAT CAME ON THE MONSTER TACO! WHY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TACO OVERSOLD SINCE 2012?! I'll never eat those tacos again. This store needs to close forever.

I went to my local Jack in the Box after my Uncle Sally's funeral because I wanted to celebrate. I was surprised to see that a troop of inebriated banjo players were performing a tribute to Yogi Bear. This made my tub of potato ice cream even more enjoyable.

Jack in the Box decided to close the only store in my area at the end of August. I have reached out to Jack in the Box several times since then because this decision was made without warning to the people who live in this area. I believe that it is extremely deceptive of Jack in the Box that they did not give any warning of this so people can use their saved up rewards points, and even more deceptive that Jack in the Box continued to allow people to earn rewards points when they knew well in advance that this location would be closing and they would not be able to redeem these points. While many of my initial communications to Jack in the Box have been ignored, I am in communication with them right now, and it's clear that Jack in the Box does not feel a responsibility to compensate anyone for this issue that the closing of the Big Bear Lake location caused. They believe that since the points are still valid at other locations, then they can still be used. Going to the nearest Jack in the Box now involves driving for over an hour. There are still other fast food restaurants available to me in town, and if I did happen to find myself close to a Jack in the Box in the next six months before these points expired, then there would also be better options available to me as well. This could have been avoided with better transparency from Jack in the Box either allowing customers to redeem points prior to the store closure, or choose to dine elsewhere because their earned points would not be usable. It is extremely disappointing that Jack in the Box does not have a shred of respect for their customers and chose to treat them like this.

I was told that the advertised Jumbo Jack Combo Special was unavailable because they had run out of patties. I was told that Jumbo Jack Combo was still available but at full menu price. When I queried how that was possible, I was told the Jumbo Jack Combo special was made with a Jumbo Jack Jr patty and is smaller than the full-size Jumbo Jack. Did I misread the ad? It does not say Jumbo Jack Jr Combo. This shrinkflation is borderline crooked in my opinion. The advertised Monster Tacos came without tomatoes or sauce. I feel ripped off and when I complained I was met with take it or leave it attitude.
