Absolutely horrible company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought the elf kit, ended up returning it and 2 months later they have not responded to any of my emails and have not provided a refund.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I spent $100 on the elf kit, it came incomplete. I asked them just to mail the missing prompts and I’m good. THEY TOLD ME, NO!! They said, they couldn’t, but would send me a $5 credit. 🙄 This was suppose to be fun, easy, and effortless! After going back and fourth with them, I was done! I said, I’m mailing it back for a refund. They sent a label, I IMMEDIATELY sent it back. TWO MONTHS after sending it back, STILL NO REFUND! I KEEP trying to contact them and they stopped responding! I’m soooo mad! I’m giving them a couple more days to respond and then submitting the transaction as fraud!!! Not cool!!!!

I ordered an Elf Kit from this company. It arrived and the kit contains Barbie-sized cheap plastic pieces that absolutely do not reflect the price I paid. I’ve tried contacting them several times for a refund and they are no longer replying. I noticed many on FB are having the same issue.

I was beyond disappointed with the elf kit. I finally decided to spend money on a kit and the pieces don’t even fit size wise with our elves. The hats don’t fit, the props are way too small…
And the 100% satisfaction guarantee is bogus. It only applies if nothing has been opened. I wouldn’t have known that the items are not sized for “Elf on the Shelf” elves if I hadn’t opened it—and only opened 3. Save your money and don’t buy from here. Customer service hasn’t even responded after asking if anything had been opened.

The worst Elf on the Shelf kit. A bunch of junk so tiny that the elf dwarfs it all. Nothing fits the elf. Everything breaks when you touch it. You can find better props in a gumball machine. Seriously disappointing. And I told them I wanted to return this garbage and get my money back and they said they would send me a return label and they never did. I wrote 20 emails over the course of a few weeks. Then they just started ignoring them even though they said they would send me a return label. Glad I paid with AMEX so they will fight it for me now. I have all the emails I sent them. And all of their emails back to me. And then them just disappearing when it came time to give me back my money. Totally shady. And shifty. And a SCAM. STAY AWAY from this company!!!

This is my second time ordering an Elf Kit. But the first time from Jack & Luna. My previous kit was turnkey and saved me so much stress. This kit from Jack & Luna was extremely disappointing. Not only did my kit arrive late, but there is no guidance on what to do. Also, the pieces are very small and look like they are made for miniature dolls. They don't fit the Scout Elf. There are no pictures or examples on how to pose them. Just a bunch of dollhouse pieces that I could have bought at the Dollar Store. And customer service does not respond. Overall, a big waste of time and money!!

The elf on the shelf kit looked SO AMAZING on line as did it when it arrived! But I was so mistaken. All the props are super high quality and would be wonderful if the elf was the size of Barbie’s little sister. They don’t fit the scale of the elf at all. They also don’t give you set up ideas. They give you props and then you need to guess how to set it all up. If I wanted to get crazy creative I would have gone to hoppy lobby and bought this myself. Their customer service avoided the question of examples. I emailed them so many times. Would never order again.

I ordered a wall felt Christmas tree for my grandsons. It is now November 18, 2023. I checked with the bank and the credit card paid Jack and Luna on September 28, 2023.

I received one response to my email in October and crickets since then... I haven't received the product. I sent another email today and hope to get a response- but I am frustrated and really disappointed.

so far so good although i was supposed to get the door for free and it didn't work... excited to get order...

First time ordering. Hope it comes in packing my child can't figure out.

The code that was advertised everywhere didn't even work.

WAS EASY. INSISTS ON TOO MUCH INFORATION. TAKING MORE TIME THAN I'D LIKE TO SPEND

The site glitched multiple times once I entered my card number. It froze acting like it did not receiving my payment. Which is frustrating. I had to use another payment option like PayPal which was more hoops to go thru. I like my money being safe it didn't feel safe with the glitch or having to use another payment option.

It was easy to place my order. Received discount on this first order.

Looks cute and easy to do. Hoping it makes this easier for our niece and nephew do do with their daughter during the busy holiday season.
