Although shipping to China includes taxes and shipping fees when purchasing goods, we encountered difficulties due to Chinese customs regulations. For personal purchases of goods worth 2000 RMB to 5000 RMB, shipping fees are waived for orders over 5000 RMB. Shipping to China for orders over 600 euros requires the recipient to provide a customs clearance certificate. After communicating with customer service, we suggested that they accept me to advance the payment and refund the fees. During the communication, we suggested to customer service that you authorize the SSENSE store, which has a customs clearance certificate in China. We cooperate with companies that also authorize the Beijing store and Hangzhou store in China. They may also have a relationship with a customs clearance certificate. Otherwise, can we change the shipping fee to 500 euros for goods not exceeding 550 RMB? It's very troublesome. We will communicate with each other for a week. DHL On both sides of the weekend, we don't work. When I made the purchase, I already included taxes and shipping, which resulted in extra fees for the recipient to pay. I greatly admire the work of JLAL and…
I greatly admire the work of JLAL and it pains me to leave this one star review. I bought two items, Bond Gloves and Bond knit sweater, both arrived defective, loose threads all over the gloves and a gaping hole in the collar of the sweater. Customer service experience was not great either-- instead of offering the replace the items with non defective garments (since I of course still wanted the items)-- I was expected to ship them back, and fingers crossed, REpurchase (!) the items myself from the store. Sure enough the sweater then sold out, so I would have been screwed if I sent it back. Upon noticing this all they were able to give me is a 15% discount which I find incredibly low given the status of the near unwearable items they sold me. Please do better, I am such a huge fan of your work.
