Great Customer Service
Fleur was super helpful with customer service from start to finish. My item arrived quickly, and I received regular updates throughout the delivery process, which made the whole experience really smooth and stress free. The customer service was friendly, professional, and responsive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my order.
In fact, I was so happy with my first experience that I placed a second order straight away! That really says a lot about the quality of the service and the company. Thank you for such a great experience!

Helping me from the outset to source discontinued items I was trying to match to several existing garden furniture items. A refund for some unavailable items was issued promptly. Excellent communication and updates, arranged express delivery service without a pallet to help me out. This encouraged me to explore the business setup and I would recommend to all who might be interested in their products.

Excellent customer service
We bought our dream HAY sofa from here! We visited the store especially to sit on it and the staff were so helpful. It’s such a lovely store and we would visit more regularly if we were closer. Fleur has been excellent with communication the whole way through the process and arranged samples for us, which was really helpful. Highly recommend!

Really helpful staff, with a very quick response once it was discovered that the wrong item had been sent out. They arranged for pick up and next day delivery and even gift wrapped the item as it was a birthday present!
