IXA Curtains Anmeldelser

I recently worked with IXA Curtains on a custom curtain order, and I want to highlight the excellent craftsmanship and quality of their products. The curtains themselves are beautifully made, with strong attention to detail and high-quality materials. You can immediately see that these are well-crafted, handmade curtains.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for custom curtains with excellent craftsmanship.

Curtains are nice, but shipping took longer than expected. Quality is okay, nothing special.

The most amazing curtains I ever owned! They are memory trained and stay perfectly put! Absolutely love them and they make the whole room look so elegant and elevated.

The quality is outstanding. They look and feel like they cost double what they are priced at. I also loved the ease of installation with my curtains.

I love these curtains! The quality is amazing and they look so elegant in my home. The fabric feels premium and they were easy to install. Totally recommend!

Excellent quality and beautiful curtains. I highly recommend them!!

Beautiful quality and wonderful service!
I absolutely loved my experience with IXA Curtains! From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the customer service was so kind and attentive. The curtains are beautifully made, with amazing quality and detail — they completely transformed my space. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom curtains that add warmth and elegance to your home!

I loved receiving the samples and choosing which one I liked the best. Delivery was quick and easy. Good value

I always like to experiment on myself before I work with someone I haven't before on a clients project. Reiko was beyond helpful in assisting me on the right selections/correct measurements for the (outdoor!) location. It was just like working with a custom fabricator locally. - But I live in a VERY expensive part of the US and sometimes it can be cost prohibitive to work locally.

I’ve been so pleased with my drapes from IXA Curtains! They are exactly as pictured on their website, arrived quickly and well packaged and I literally took them from the box and hung them - no ironing needed and they hang perfectly! The fabric is high quality and the tie backs are perfect too. They have friendly and helpful customer service, too- you really can’t go wrong! 🙂

Absolutely love IXA curtains. The quality is excellent and looks so high end.

Great curtains and great quality. I would recommend them!

Nice curtains, so easy to customize!

Curtains were great. They communicated very well

Great experience with IXA. The are a great vector of quality, affordability and customer service. Particularly strong was their responsiveness over email. I usually expact long delays or AI responses from companies - but they answered things quickly and clear. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent cutsomer service the drapes were beautifull and an amazing value
I have 10 ft ceilings in my apartment and wanted a more dramatic window treatment. I shopped the usual places online and everything was pretty uninspiring. Getting something made custom at a local shop was going to be incredibly expensive. I eas a little nervous about buying something so expensive sight unseen but the curtains were more amazing than i thought they would be. I'm moving soon and will definitely buy from them again.

IXA is now our go to resource for curtains. We used them for our living room and my husband's office and the results were exceptional. I used to work as an interior decorator. I would've used IXA if I had known about them then!

Never, ever buy curtains from this website. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The first time I ordered curtains, they suggested a color that wasn’t even listed on their website.

The second time, I reached out again — they gave me an unreasonably high quote. When I said it was too expensive, they told me to “make it simpler” and just order directly from the website. My request from the very beginning was for the same color as before. Instead of adjusting my order properly, they pushed me to place it myself. I completely forgot that the color wasn’t available online and naturally assumed I was getting the same shade.

In the end, I received completely different curtains. And the company simply shrugged and told me it was my fault.

Everything was great, though one panel was a little shorter than the others. I was happy that customer service was so quick to offer a solution.

The linen looks beautiful and the 'Stone' color is perfect for our living room. Just a heads-up, they do wrinkle easily and need regular steaming to keep looking sharp.
