I have got the glass repaired on my Apple watch SE. I have been updated by every step of the process, and got my watch back within a couple of days. Highly recommended service.

Excellent service. Good quality prompt repair

Great service, easy to use website, clear pricing and straightforward instruction how to send and how long it will take. Emailed when reviewed and when it was on the way back to me. Watch looks great with the LCD and glass replaced

I thought my Apple Watch Ultra had a broken screen. I pre-payed to have it repaired. But it turned out that only my screen protector had broken which is a much less expensive repair. To their credit iwatchrepair reduced my charges and fixed the screen protector. Very happy with their honesty and service.

Great service watch returned quickly and safely. Fantastic communication as well.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Bought a used Apple Watch Series 4 that had a badly scratched screen and a battery that didn’t hold charge. I sent it to iwatch repair they replaced both and sent it back by Royal Mail within a week. Great quality screen and the battery takes ages to discharge. Good communication from start to finish. Can highly recommended

I was a bit nervous just sending the watch off to an address in London but the customer service has been excellent. I was updated when they received the watch and all through the repair process. It was a swift repair and return to me. The watch is good as new.

Good service and good repair.

Awful.

Sent my series 6 in for new battery and when returned after charging turned on once and then not again. When sent in for inspection was told me the watch was water damaged ( and sent me pictures to prove it despite have no comparison pictures) and that there would be no compensation.

They effectively took a working watch and broke it. Don’t use them.

Not my first time using this service to fix my Apple Watch screen, but yet again 100%. Good comms, done and despatched speedily. Would definitely recommend for fixing your Apple Watch hardware isssues.

Happy with the glass screen replacement job they did on my Apple Watch series 3. It looks & works exactly as it did before, and the team answered all of my questions during the process. Highly recommended!

Great price for screen repair of watch. Got updates at each step of process and it was done in a few days including the postage. Highly recommend.

Excellent response to questions. Very good communications and prompt repair at a fair price.

I dropped my Apple Watch on a tiled floor, shattering the glass. I used the WhatsApp feature and sent a photo to ensure that it was fixable. My message was replied to straight away and after sending over a picture they confirmed all I needed was a glass repair, nothing else. Sent the watch face on the Monday and it was returned, fixed on the Thursday with constant updates throughout.

I would definitely use this service again

Brilliant service - dropped my Apple Watch on a tiled floor and shattered the glass. Posted last Friday. Text to say arrived safely on Saturday. Informed in for repair Monday. I have it back on my wrist and working perfectly. At a fraction of the cost from alternative providers. I am absolutely delighted that I took the advice from trustpilot!! This is a genuine post.
