Very efficient and prompt service. Repair was carried out with an amazing result.

iwatchrepair service is really good, when i asked a local store to fix it they wanted £70 more than Iwacthrepair and they wouldn't have been as fast. So I looked online at these reviews and thought i'd give em a go, I posted my broken Apple Watch via Royal Mail recorded post and got my watch back in less than a week and it was like new again. I have a heart condition so my watch means a lot to me for peace of mind, these people took good care of it and can be trusted A+++

Great service, kept me up to date through each stage of the repair. No hidden surprises or costs. Watch back within 5 days of me sending it off and working as good as new.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent my watch off to repair a damaged screen and have a new battery installed. On holiday, it stopped working properly - apparently, hidden in the terms and conditions, you cannot use the watch in water after a repair. Technically therefore it is not a repair! Once again - DO NOT fall for using this company - use Apple - at least they do the job properly and guarantee their work.

We contacted them via whatsapp and then sent a picture of the watch as requested Quick answer and next step process received. So sent the watch for repair and recieved it back within 2 to 3 days, completely repaired. Great 5 star service which I would recommend to others.

So lucky to have got recommended to use iwatchrepair service… posted my broken Apple Watch via Royal Mail recorded post and got my spanking new watch back in less than a week. They were super informative and friendly, at no stage I felt they were being pushy at all. Very professional service and express delivery. Very reasonable price too.. can’t thank them enough! Will definitely use them for future repairs. Thank you so much again!

Great fix - good service and communication. Top job.

Absolutely wonderful service. Brilliantly priced, excellent customer service, wonderful repair on my Apple watch. Super fast turnaround, was sent Tuesday, arrived with them Wednesday and was sent back with me Friday morning. They kept me informed the whole way via email and text messages. I will happily recommend these guys.

Since you returned my Apple Watch for the second time (this was faulty from your initial screen replacement) the battery runs out at rapid pace. I will now have to invest in a new Apple Watch rather than you fixing the battery issue. This has caused me a great deal of stress, and wasted time. All of this could have been resolved if you had offered to replace the battery free of charge.

Absolutely fantastic!
Within 3 days my watch is back with me and looking great. I was really worried sending it away but I was notified at each stage (received and dispatched) and I couldn’t believe the speed of what this company are offering. I would 100% recommend

Apple Watch smashed on a tile floor, sent the watch for repair on Friday and got it back on Tuesday, excellent service.

Excellent service, watch as good as new!

Excellent repair like new and speedy service quick return
Thank you

Accidentally cracked my Apple Watch screen on Monday. Posted from Edinburgh to London in the Monday afternoon post and it was returned by Thursday morning in perfect condition. I was able to track the process throughout to put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend .

Repaired very quickly, looks great. works great and at a good price. Couldn’t ask for more.

Really fast
Good quality
Great price

I was very impressed with the service. I was kept informed every step of the way and was delighted to have my watch repaired and back on my wrist. Excellent service.

I accidentally smashed my apple watch series 6 and a friend of mine recommended this website as high quality repair service.
I received my watch after 2 days I sent to iwatchrepair its look like a brand new. I completely satisfied with their customer service as fast as light repairs I was fully aware they couldn’t guarantee water proof after the repair, but I was willing to accept that compromise for the price difference between them and apple.
I will definitely use their service and repair in future and suggest to my mates in case of emergency.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like a lot of comments - they won't honour their warranty. Fixed my Iwatch quickly and I was pleased initially, but within 2 months the glass started coming away at the edges -you can see the glue! the insisted I'd damaged it somehow - which I definitely hadn't. And now I have a broken watch and am down over £100. Terrible.

My daughter dropped her Apple watch just 2 weeks after she bought and was desperate to get it repaired without it costing a fortune. I looked around at several options but none filled me with confidence. The iwatchrepair.co.uk website was professional, easy to follow and offered a competitive price. From the moment I registered the repair the communication was first class, sending me texts and emails through the process. The watch was sent to them on Wednesday and we had it back on Saturday, well packaged and fully repaired. Excellent service all round.
